What is their a limit? What is in the story that limits the time?
10.3 Earthquake? :psyduck:
Seeing as I live near Chicago and I go there every couple of weeks or so, this game will be very interesting. And running on the Splinter Cell Conviction/Assassin's Creed II engine, it'll be fucking awesome.
I remember getting really excited about the game when I saw the trailer and read about the game, but the more I think about it, the more I am just expecting it to suck... for some reason I just have a bad feeling about this one.
A close relative was working on this and he believes that it will either become a Duke nukem forever or get canceled.
I really hope I don't have to use the "Can't go offline" DRM, because I think it looks really cool, but lately my internet has been dropping 3 times a day at random times, depending on how the the system works, I could get very pissed off.
I have faith in Shanghai.
Shit i forgot all about this game, now i wanna play it badly again :(
I sure hope they take their time instead of releasing it early for extra cash.
Damn, Ubisoft Shanghai.
Looks pretty sweet, hope it doesn't all go wrong, hard to rely on Ubisoft.
I was excited when I heard this game was going to be free roam. But then I heard later that there would be limited free roam and no free roam once the story is over.
Wow, I haven't heard about this game for ages, I hope it gets finished and released, unlike so many games that are in development for as long as this has been.
Excessive DRM ahoy. "You must be living in a post-apocalyptic Chicago and have not been fed in three days to play. Also you can ownly download it once."
should be : "Also, you can only install it in Halves. So buy two copies. That'll teach your friends for pirating!"
I was excited when I heard this game was going to be free roam. Thats like making Assassin's creed (1 or 2) end after the main story. [editline]06:32AM[/editline] Although with the time limit that makes sense if the world ends at the end.
Ubisoft? stupid DRM incoming.

Game is going to be awesome, but for some reason everything we want is not included in the game :saddowns:
That water bottle is empty. The light is giving the illusion it's filled with water when it bounces. When it stops the shadow along the back half got me for a second, but I noticed it doesn't move as the bottle does, and the front half doesn't have anything in it so it's clearly just a shadow. Besides, who'd waste half a bottle of water like that.

It's better to lose 1 bottle of water than your life.
No, that's never once been confirmed. SPREAD YOUR LIES ELSEWHERE!
No, it was said when the game was first revealed. If you don't know what you're talking about, don't talk about it.
Why would they base it on the Unreal 2.5 instead of 3? I understand they've modified it, but surely they could make the same changes to the U3 engine?
conviction is 2.5
No, it was said when the game was first revealed. If you don't know what you're talking about, don't talk about it.
Go ahead and provide the source for that. If you'd be so kind.
I hope its not full of overpowered weapons, like a million shotguns and throwable mini-nukes or shooting through 6 inch concrete walls. Call of Duty: Really Thirsty
Go ahead and provide the source for that. If you'd be so kind.
There is a 9 day time limit.
I heard this game coming out for the wii too. SWEET!!!
nevermind
That was confirmed to be fake a long time ago
That was confirmed to be fake a long time ago
thats dumb
Their voices sound weird to me for some reason. And is it just me or do their faces look like they are to small or something? Anyway, this game looks awesome, hope ubisoft doesn't ruin it.
oh god it's being made by ubisoft shanghai hopefully they won't do to it what they did to SC double agent
Which was what? The only bad thing about it was the shoddy PC port.
