Borderlands - A Sci-Fi shooter with RPG elements and a lot of guns - Games

I just realized my graphics card isn't good enough to play it so I decided to go out and buy it for xbox with the 67 dollars I made off of coinstar. The guy looked at my ID and said "I'm sorry, I know you turn 17 in 5 days, but this might be a trap, and I could lose my job. No one would normally find out, but you might be tricking me and then I could lose my job." FUUUUU I don't wanna get him in trouble, I WANT BORDERLANDS

WHat does it men if the borderlands icon in my steam browser turns red and yellow? Also, if I live in the US but used an Ireland location to preload the same, is it still the US version?

Also, there's always some good guns hidden up in New Haven, every time I've checked
