Realistically it was pirated on the Xbox 360 weeks before it was released, they are just making excuses again.

How well do you enjoy gaming with said friend? Any of my friends, I'd probably get it for the same console, if possible. Hunter_Killah, that means that if my PC could have run Borderlands, I would have joined you on it there instead of my PS3.

I found a full auto sniper and a combat rifle that fires all 12 bullets in one trigger pull, perfect accuracy.
Manufacturers of the top of my head.
Vladof: Highest fire rate
Jakobs: Powerful, but slow.
S&S: Highest capacity
Torgue: ???, but has long barrels and two side mags on their guns.
Atlas: Very good fire rate and damage without any sacrifices, pretty rare.
Hyperion: Highest accuracy, rare as well.
Dahl: Lots of recoil reduction
Eridian: Alien tech, has various unique weapons, also randomized if you weren't sure.
Name I forgot: makes class mods, grenade mods, and shields.
Tediore: Fast reload and lightweight (Don't know what that does.)
Maliwan: better elemental damage

I wonder if anyone out there is making a complete guide to the manufacturers. Because I have heard of TONS of unique facts about them that would be nice to have compiled.

Well, I checked and I've put 12 hours into this game now.
I haven't played a game this addicting since....
Oh, and I'm level 28 now, in case you were wondering how far I'd be in 12 hours.
Went to the vender in New Haven, guess what I found, a higher level shotgun that shoots rockets. Sold my old one of 113 damage, bought the new one of 311 damage (and it was only 41k!). Now I just have to get level 31 to use it...
Can you have more than 1 character at once? Don't want to create a new just for it to save over the other.

I don't know why people were expecting guns to be vastly different from each other. You can really only have so many differences...
Hot damn this game is great, I'm addicted and I'm only level 6. It's so satisfying shotgunning skags in the face.

The Dahl manufacturer made the HUD you receive from claptrap in the beginning, and Atlas organised the Crimson Lance. I'm sure every company plays a minor role in the game but these are the only ones I currently know of.

My friend, who played Diablo 2 for years and was one of the top players on US West said he is enjoying it far more than Diablo. And he hates 3D games! My god I thought I'd never see the day.

Yeah there. And so far I've been the 3 times, and 2 times there was a level 25 pistol with 4x elemental damage. So there is a pretty high chance that there is one there. (Luckily I checked it out on SP the third time and found the best gun ever there. I've beaten so many bosses thanks to that gun so seriously, hold on to it. It's so worth the wait. And sorry for the late reply...)
I just beat this as a level 36 Roland. Does anybody know if there's anything else to do?
