I've already become accustomed to the menu moving. It was only annoying for the first few minutes of doing it. Anyway, does anyone know if skill bonuses you get from items can push your skill above the max? Like if I cap Bird of Prey, but get +1 to Bird of Prey on an item, will the Bloodwing attack 7 enemies instead of 6? (or any other skill) I found the answer. You can go above the skill caps with class mods, but you need at least one point in a skill to benefit from + to skills.

What's so bad about the menus? I know on PC they said they are navigated with the keys which makes them sound shoddy but are they just badly laid out in general or what?

I've had problems as well. It's supposed to be out the 26th of October but I've had multiple local stores tell me the 27th and a few stores tell me they wouldn't have it until Wednesday. It all comes down to if anyone has it Monday even though it was preordered and if it isn't there, Steam 4-pack time it is.
