Is it possible to turn off your/others microphone? I see no option for it (PC)

So I asked about the four pack about two pages ago and the only response that has been coming up has been about pirating. Great.

Microphones are ON and they are Voice Activated. The End. Hope for a patch a couple weeks after release, I'm sure you can edit an Ini file or something and cut it off

Crimson defenders are really a bitch to kill, you really have to get your aim right to do some damage.

Then the guy who bought the 4-pack gifts it to the other 3.

Alright, so I set Steam to use my language (because it was english before) just to see if Steam thinks I don't live in Europe. Apparently it still displayed 20 hours, not 5 days.
