Borderlands - A Sci-Fi shooter with RPG elements and a lot of guns - Games

Beat it today, [sp]Ending screamed hello we are gonna make a sequel and not explain a single thing. The only real thing I know is that the girl who talks to you is really just a satellite and it turns the first crankbot into a deadly assassin. Which I believe will be explained in Borderlands 2. Also the last boss was really disappointing.[/sp]

Yeah, the ending sucks, but it's not even like the stories the least bit important. Anyways, we know there's going to be a second game based on the fact that Randy said "Franchise" as if he wanted to continue one way or the other.

So, I just got to level 50 and beat the game on the second play through. I'm now going to hunt for rare weapons and whatnot. I currently have about 12 legendary weapons and 5 alien weapons in my inventory. Addicting this game is. Stop playing you will not.

I plan to try and get each class to 50 within two weeks, who is with me?

I got 8 hours until it unlocks, the exact amount of time it takes me to get out of school :smug:.

[b]PC VERSION[/b] Ok just played it for half-hour, first impressions: -the graphics are surprisingly good and don't annoy (when i watched all the vids i thought this style would annoy hell of you) -Controls are great - very comfortable and easy (remember ARMA 2 controls? well its something completely different) -as gametrailers preview said the game will have a limited feeling until you get out of the first city, I only started playing, but it feels good already) -The only disappointment that i found is that enemy don't drop their weapons, only bullets - but not always. So all i wanted to say that graphics don't fuck your eyes and controls are really good. But the fucker jumps like 3 meters up. I'm playing as siren, and I found a SMG that fires 4 bullets, for the cost of two. It has a RoF of 10.3, and each bullet does 22 damage. I do 226 damage per second, it does more damage than a legendary shotgun I found. :tinfoil:

Is it me or is one of the soldiers skills an easter egg? One says when using the shotgun near the turret the damage increases or something, doesn't the turret replicate a sentry and the engineer using a shotgun as defense? Also the skill next to that one shows what looks like an engineers pistol.

I shot one of these giant birds, thinking it would be an easy prey. Suddenly, birds. Thousands of them. Well, maybe not thousands, but something like 15... All attacking me at the same time. Got out my sentry gun, hid to refill my shields, and finshed them off with the Clipper. God I like this game. Elemental damage ftw.
