yes there is a option called quick match that sets you up with a similar leveled player
although it's pretty dumb to play with random people since loot is not shared and everyone is an asshole

You can 1. Do a quick search and find a group. 2. Play with friends in private. or 3. Make your own thing and play on your story line.
