http://www.livestream.com/slendermansmingeemporium NLC stream is up.
Here ya go SgtDoom: http://www.mediafire.com/?rng05ncy3520cu8 I also changed some of the faction relations, so some of them that had 5000 relation, they have now 600. Oh by the way, I love you merge, I always wanted to play a "proper" Free Play mod, the Freeplaymod was very unfinished for english release, any more help you need, just tell me!
Glitch, lone wolf told me you might have a download link for NLC, care to share?
Little addition: The faction traders pay a good sum for necessities like ammunition, medical supplies, food and vodka; they'll give more money to their faction members and non-faction friends than the unaffiliated traders, who give more money than the factions give to non-faction neutrals. [editline]17th January 2011[/editline] As far as I know, the offline A-life stuff is concentrated in one script file, so it might be doable. Not sure about the news announcements that go with it, though.
The news announcements aren't really necessary, although they can be useful (particularly the ones about people selling stuff and deaths of STALKERs.)
Everytime I put the Full dynamic Lights on in CoP, my game crashes everytime the next time I start it
Fixed it on my patched .exe's the other day. Have a look on the OP in my section.
Military trader file almost done, will get pics of the selection in-game. I just bought shadow of Chernobyl. Anything i need to be aware of?
Military trader file almost done, will get pics of the selection in-game. Thanks man <3 With regards to the people selling things, I have never received one that wasn't a Freedom member at their base selling an LR-300 :/
Yeah, that seems to be the most common one. I'm not sure if it's because the Freedom members drop like flies, or because they all somehow aquire better weapons. Sometimes I get good ones though. I once got an offer for a RPG-7 from a DUTYer in Pripyat. Was funny.
Stuck on the bar side of the big sliding door, the duty guys are on the other side. Any ideas on how to get over then activate the door? Playing amk btw.
Does LURK for SoC need 1.4 or 1.5?
The compilation mod I made a year ago or so is about 1GB RAR best compression. It is a combination of OL2.2, Complete, LURK, Arsenal and various other mods. I made it a couple years ago. It crashes when you get to Pripyat and I never bothered fixing it. Worth uploading? It will take an estimated 6-8 hours to upload. [editline]18th January 2011[/editline]
Does LURK for SoC need 1.4 or 1.5?
Uses the latest version 1.0006 I think.
LURK 1.05? Hmm. Maybe.
Yes, it is LURK 1.0552 I put in it.
Ran into freeman, alive and well, in doom's merge (don't mind my characters badass name): [img_thumb]http://filesmelt.com/dl/ss_mc_01-17-11_14-11-25_l01_escape.jpg[/img_thumb] [img_thumb]http://filesmelt.com/dl/ss_mc_01-17-11_14-11-18_l01_escape.jpg[/img_thumb]
Uploading. I will give you guys the link when I get home hopefully.

Military trader works :D If you're a member of the military, you get discounts and a much larger selection of weaponry than if you're a member of a neutral faction (iirc ecologists are the only faction neutral towards military) I just need to test what the selection is like with a neutral faction now, to make sure the info_portion is working as intended. Note that some weapons have a certain chance of appearing, mainly the rare and powerful ones like e.g. RG6, RPG-7 http://filesmelt.com/dl/ss_robin_01-18-11_01-14-32_l01_escape.jpg http://filesmelt.com/dl/ss_robin_01-18-11_01-14-40_l01_escape.jpg http://filesmelt.com/dl/ss_robin_01-18-11_01-14-51_l01_escape.jpg http://filesmelt.com/dl/ss_robin_01-18-11_01-14-54_l01_escape.jpg http://filesmelt.com/dl/ss_robin_01-18-11_01-14-58_l01_escape.jpg http://filesmelt.com/dl/ss_robin_01-18-11_01-15-02_l01_escape.jpg http://filesmelt.com/dl/ss_robin_01-18-11_01-15-05_l01_escape.jpg http://filesmelt.com/dl/ss_robin_01-18-11_01-15-10_l01_escape.jpg http://filesmelt.com/dl/ss_robin_01-18-11_01-15-13_l01_escape.jpg
Ran into freeman, alive and well, in doom's merge (don't mind my characters badass name): [img_thumb]http://filesmelt.com/dl/ss_mc_01-17-11_14-11-25_l01_escape.jpg[/img_thumb] [img_thumb]http://filesmelt.com/dl/ss_mc_01-17-11_14-11-18_l01_escape.jpg[/img_thumb]
:buddy: I was planning on giving him some unique dialogue, as well as for the other unique and now alive characters.
Economy balance is what i'm working on right now :)
By the way one of the mini-mods I found while rummaging through a bunch of mod sites is this. I found it on the GSC forums but it turned out to be on filefront as well. Not sure how much of interest it is to you, but I figured I'd post it anyway. [editline]January 17, 2011[/editline]
------ Major Features: ------ * Ammo drops from enemies have been reduced to approximately 25-35% of original values. On an enemy where you'd expect to find 20 to 40 rounds you'll now find about 5 to 12. Sometimes you may not find anything. * Ammo found in suitcase/chests/crates has been reduced, though not as severely as stalker drops. This helps to make every unopened container a potentially highly useful resource. * Ammo prices increased by 100% to 200%. No more cheap and easy ammo. However, most stalkers will carry small amounts of ammo that they might sell; they'll often let it go for a discounted price compared to the "big" traders. It's in your best interests to seek out the loners for your ammunition needs. There's also a good chance that you can sell ammo to various loners and traders, since everyone's in need of it. * Ammo in ammo boxes cut in half. This means less ammo can be purchased when you do find it for sale. I've also halved the associated weight of the boxes so the overall weight remains about the same. This does not affect weapon capacity, just the amount of rounds the ammo boxes carry. * NO MORE GUNS FOR SALE from the major traders; that's right, these guys are hoarding the valuable firearms for themselves. You'll have to get out there and find them for yourself, STALKER! * FOOD and MEDICAL SUPPLIES have seen a dramatic increase in price and a moderate reduction in availability. What could be more valuable in STALKER's world than safe food and sterile medical supplies? You'll also enjoy a a bit more benefit in terms of energy and health from food you consume. * PRECISION - You're a hardened explorer, familiar with firearms. As such, you'd expect to be able to hit something at 10 yards with a rifle. I always found the dispersion in Vanilla STALKER to be frustrating. Low-class Scoped weapons were not very handy, as the crosshairs seemed to serve as more of a 'general suggestion' of where you'd like the bullet to go than a dead-on point of death. I've lowered the dispersion to make your shots a bit more accurate. No hundred yard headshots, but just a small tweak so that the lowered availability of ammunition won't force you into wetwork with the knife half the time. * ARTEFACTS - Sell price reduced by 40-50% and randomized a bit, so that you won't find most artefacts selling for the same price. * BLEEDING - You need to keep a close eye on your health if you get injured. In the dirty, desolate world of STALKER untreated injuries pose a serious threat to the careless explorer. This also applies to some of the other lifeforms in STALKER's world. * BIG MAN, BOLD MAN, BULKY MAN - You can carry a bit more stuff. I always found myself hovering right around the 50kg mark and hated seeing that weight reading in the red. Your maximum move weight is unaffected, but you can carry up to 60kg instead of 50kg without tiring. * REPAIR MOD 2.5 made by Shebuka. This awesome mod allows traders in the game to repair your weapons and armor. Due to the lower cash flow in Scrounger 1.0 I've slightly lowered the repair costs for most repairs. I've also brushed up the english text file a little a bit to smooth out the translation.
All the useful stuff can probably be gleaned out of it.

Where I can find the calibration tools? I have searched all the places on all the areas (expect pripyat). And which technician should I bring them?
Who're the Military allied with then? Ecologists?
I demand a kill Freeman quest for Mercs.
Who're the Military allied with then? Ecologists?
Ecologists and Duty. [editline]0[/editline] Nevermind, only Ecologists. :v:

Editing trader files is a tedious process of going line-by-line, assigning a value for every item, weapon and thing in the game, repeating that process 3-4, even more times for when you want prices and supply to change. Those trader files would be missing every single LURK weapon, which i'd have to add in :/ Thanks anyway, though [editline]18th January 2011[/editline]
Who're the Military allied with then?
