Again, how do I change enemies in Doomlurk only having like, 6 shots on them when I loot them?

So I followed your guy's advice and got Stalker Shadow of Chernobyl after playing Call of Pripyat for a long time. The first game is amazing, I think I like it much more than CoP. It seems more interactive, and everything about it just seems more STALKERish, I ended playing all day long.

The only real thing I ever remember doing in CS is killing tons of bandits in the stalker base at Agroprom and then selling all their weapons. I did that so much.

I didn't really like Clear Sky, it didn't feel like a Stalker game to me

I actually began enjoying Clear Sky but I got an error that would CTD me every time I completed the lowering bridge mission so I couldn't continue. Lost that save too, I just can't be bothered to get myself up there again.

So whats worse, x18 or x8.

Clear Sky was just too frustrating. Felt like there was one set of rules for me and one for the NPCs, which is totally against how STALKER should be.

The animal AI in ShoC is pretty amazing, such as the pack mentality and the needs cycle. It's pretty awesome to see packs of animals fight for food in the distance, or some dogs take down a stalker and then drag his limp body away. Also, does anyone know where I can repair my guys/ upgrade guns in Shoc?
