Not just the special characters, eithier. I ran into two generic named loners at the pig farmhouse with exosuits, OC-14s, and AS Vals. I've not seen anyone upgrade into an exo yet, just SEVA suits.

I want to get the LURK mod for SoC, but the moddb page explains nothing on what it is. Could someone help?

I saw a light in the distance, it is night, I walk towards it to find a bloodsucker, I kill it and see yet another light in the distance, on my way I heard something, I felt like it was following me to the light. Before I got there I saw tolik scythian and his friend, I just sit down next to his friend and we look at the campfire. ROAR. I hear him shooting, I look around, I see nothing. Suddenly, A bloodsucker with hyper-realistic shadows jumps out and tries to kill everyone. He got tolik on the ground, the bloodsucker had disappeared. I helped tolik up with a medkit and the bloodsucker was back. We shot it and he got to me, I was on the ground, looking up. I was at the entrance of a crate, the bloodsucker sliced me many times, but my stalker buddies saved me and helped me up. We then shot the fuck out of it and killed it. Me and Toliks friend walk to the campfire casually and sit down. We stare at it. True story.

You can use the public link to host images on that. God damn lurking ninjas.

You should be using [url=http://db.tt/aH3o1Rm]Dropbox[/url] really. Place the file you want to share in the Public folder, right click, copy link, paste link here, all done. So awesome. Use that link and you'll get 250mb extra space free too, and so will I :)

Graphics have been improved drastically, but if you're running on DX8 non-widescreen, it's only gonna be shit for you. Storyline is basically vanilla, though. is there any way to make it so that in SoC, that when you kill a stalker, it doesn't end up pissing off the entire stalker faction it's really starting to piss me off

Is there something I'm missing in Shadow of chernobyl? Because I just beat the mission where you have to help this Bes guy fight off some bandits and the missions are getting almost impossible because the only gun I ever have enough ammo for is the double barreled shotgun but that has almost no range. Worlds biggest run on sentence.

Worlds biggest run on sentence.[/QUOTE] In the area where Bes hangs out, there's a little metal shack. Next to it is a tower. Go underneath it and look up. You'll see a wooden box(es). Shoot them. e: also, remember to unload the guns that your enemies drop even though you don't take the gun itself with you. You might get an entire mags worth of ammo that way. At this point you shouldn't snipe from afar, your weapons are too inaccurate for that. The pistols are crap, the Viper 5(MP5) is where it's at. If you get AK-74 ammo, don't waste it by using the AK-74u(the small AK) but wait until you get a proper AK-74. You don't even have to wait all that long, most of the time I get the proper AK before the AK-74u anyway. Get in close moving from cover to cover and use short, controlled bursts to the neck area with the Viper 5 instead of plinking from afar with single shots. In vanilla(I trust you're playing vanilla/Complete or else you wouldn't have a shortage of ammo) the start weapons are no good to single-shot with.

Get better guns. Right now your best bet is an AK74 or AKS74u.
