You may get better prices at Duty's trader if you do missions to get a friendly disposition towards Duty, but the Barman (as well as most of the Stalkers hanging around the area) are loners.

I tried a couple of the prefabs and then used the utility to tweak the values. If you want to use the preset, just copy it to the shaders/r2 folder, IIRC.

AMK:SE keeps delivering the awesome. I played a few minutes today over lunch. I was trying to go to Agroprom via the Garbage. When I arrived on the outskirts of the institute, my escort was doubled over in pain, begging for an aid kit. I quickly handed it over while observing the strange anomalies all around. Once he was healed, he took off toward the institute. Just then a fucking pseudogiant burst out of the woods in our direction. I pissed myself because all I was carrying was Bes's AK, my silenced MP5N and a few grenades. My new comrade opened fire with his sawn-off, doing his best to kill the thing. I managed to avoid the beast's brutal attacks; it did stun me several times, making me unable to run. At least once, I came within inches of being crushed. Ultimately though, the effects of a few hundred rounds of ammunition and a partial grenade hit killed the pseudogiant. The Stalker also managed to survive, but he had run into a train tunnel - probably to weep. My vision started to blur, I twisted to find a controller attempting to rip open my mind. Thankfully, I was able to get the AK up and fire a couple of bursts that killed it. I began to walk toward the Stalker, when a [i]second[/i] controller started attacking me as it sauntered down the railroad embankment. I was thrown about several times, but my AK saved me once again. The headache abated slightly, but my vision shifted horribly once more. A Zone cat had been watching my struggle and attacked. I managed to kill it with only minor injuries. After the cat fell, I was finally able to sit with my friend and share some Gunsmith vodka as we tended our wounds. Mole's band of Stalkers and the Army troops had slaughtered one another and were in a standoff. We two Stalkers prepared for another battle to get Mole out of the compound.

Dear Diary, today I expirienced quite a bit of the Zone's harshness. After returning from the Army Warehouses raid and killing the remaining soldiers in there, I recieved an award from barkeep(10000RU) and coughed up enough cash for a Stalker Suit with a gas mask. This is my Post-Warehouses loadout, on the noon of day 2. [img]http://j.imagehost.org/0708/ss_luka_01-11-11_21-20-27_l05_bar.jpg[/img] Anyhow, as I was strolling down the garbage, I decided to go around the garbage and snipe the three or four bandits that are usually lurking there. They had quite good loot, too. Several artifacts, AK74's and plenty of equipment. These are some of their bodies. I accept the offer and rush towards the hangar. After ten or so minutes of fighting the battle finally ended. I killed about eight or so bandits with my Moist Nugget while the stalkers armed with SMGs kept the main entrance secured. This is me watching over the battlezone, with Petka Haggler complimenting on my success. And also tell them the bad news about Wolf. :smith: On my way there I remembered that I promised to give Bes a gift for being so nice to me after helping him out with the Bandit situation. I pulled out my Gravi and went to give it to him. He also handed me his gunsmith vodka in return, which we guzzeled down while complaining about the pointless fights of Duty and Freedom and the deaths of many innocent stalkers. At that point, I heard something. IT WAS A CHIMERA! We quickly ran over to the broken down bus at the sight of that dreadful monster. I started shooting at it from a distance with my Kalashnikov It leaped at me from 50 meters away, but it only scratched my legand I shot it in the head after making a 360° turn from panic. This is me proudly waving my gun over the Chimera. During my path towards the railway I saw three gunfights, one between two bandits and a pack of dogs, one with the couple of stalkers in the local farm and the mutants that resided on the other side of it and the fight between the Military and a mutant I haven't seen well. I finally reached the village and encountered the sight of this. Then I realized that Petruha was still there. I rushed towards the car park, hoping that my best buddy is still alive while I was getting all my arsenal ready for teaching the bandits that you do not fuck with the Stalkers. He got shot in the head just as I came up to him. Well I can't say I love floaty hands, they always seemed lazy to me. Also, did anyone notice I sneaked in a real character from CS in the story? I always found it annoying how with the Stalker suit gasmask HUD there's that bit going straight down the middle. You'd never see that wearing an actual gasmask unless you had a 3rd eye where your nose should be.
