I just started the game and there exist absolutely no lights whatsoever in the gameworld. Nothing. I'm talking zip, not a thing. No sun, no fires, nothing. I can't see shit. I tried fiddling with the dynamic lighting effects and other graphical settings but that didn't fix it. Did anyone else get this? Help!

Fuck I feel dumb right now :doh: I had been searching for a way to see in dark, not remembering that there's a flashlight in all suits. Then I accidentally pressed L. Blew my mind. [editline]14th January 2011[/editline] Agroprom Underground was painful without any light.

A while ago, I reinstalled STALKER SoC and started playing it without mods, strangely, it feels a lot better than with mods. I never saw any random stalkers looting around in mods, nor military squads fucking shit up and taking names. Also I like the little things like the beeps you get everytime you gain information about a stash's location. Regardless, picture dumb. After a while after the rescue mission, I noticed the lack of bandits in the carpark. Later into the game, a fucking bloodsucker literally threw me at the wall and died instantly. Shit was like from John Woo movie. Much later on, I heard intense gunfight at the encampment before aprogom institute area. Finds out a military squad was fucking bandit's shit up and didn't even break a sweat. The whole ground was littered by bandit corpses all over the place.
