Could anyone suggest me some armor in SoC? I'm using a SEVA suit and finding that even with bullet cap artifacts I get shot down too easily.

Try the Skat/Bulat military suit(sadly I cant remember how to get it) If you don't like it get an exo(no sprinting though) Also like Sabrina said the SP9 works well. You can get it from Shakarov
