Since they are, after all, Monolith; they don't have a sense of fun or humour, just look at Strider. It would be a relatively easy change, but it might fuck up a few things.

I'm not going for absolutely true lore. It'll just make Pripyat seem more alive for me. So how do you edit so they do all that stuff?
Yep, it just pops up at the bottom. Also it broke when I just dumped it in, so theirs some conflicting files in the dialogue xml's
I fixed my old problem, and back to editing again. When editing a suit's immunities, which is better? When it is closer to 0, or closer to 1?

And fixed a CTD bug with wpn_rpk201 (5.56 version of the RPK74. The weapon isn't in the game by default, and it only crashes if an NPC is trying to figure out it's value for using)

I just realised, I have both the steam version and the retail version of ShoC, I could install both and have two mods installed at once.

I made it to Yantar and the lab, after killing a few zombified Stalkers/bandits/plain old zombie. RIP Kruglov, that dickhead.
Collected a fucking snork foot for science, and barely escaped death by two electro-chimeras out by the Yantar fish pond.
SgtDoom, your mod is next on my rotation. Please, for the love of god, don't call it "Freelurk."

It's the Svarog detector, it's probably in your detector slot or something. Just hold it out like a regular detector and walk around a bit.

When I started a game in doom's mod as ecologists, I managed to play it about 3 hours before I got bored.
Now I tried starting a new game with military, got bored in 15 minutes.
:sigh:
Darn 200+ hours of gameplay, I've seen everything.
