Because the people you are playing with have yet to realize that Ursa is heavily countered by any hero with a slow or disable.
Yeah, well..
Na'vi vs TongFu [sp]Dat black hole vacuum[/sp]
disables are counters to every hero
Asian games. 18 kills at 50 minutes, GG after first late-game teamwipe (with buybacks availiable).
Asian games. 18 kills at 50 minutes, GG after first late-game teamwipe (with buybacks availiable).
Pub games. 50 kills at 20 minutes, GG after first team fight (No buybacks available, everyone sucks at LH)
Pub games. 50 kills at 20 minutes, GG after first team fight (No buybacks available, everyone sucks at LH)
While I try to prevent these (with some success), the level to which these 2 are opposite amazes me. It's like eastern teams just looked at average low level game and decided that that *(-1) = victory.
I'm starting to hate most zeus players, using their ults when the hard carry is two hits away from killing an enemy And every damn time I pick a hard carry and start jungling, someone from my own team comes and takes most camps
Nothing feels better than owning a lycan + ursa + np tryhards. Fuckers thought they were set for a free win. Hahaha, not today bitches.
I love picking anti mage and oblierate them as soon as I exit the jungle, especially agaisnt nature prophet, they always try to tp away, but don't know that mana void is a mini stun Or picking undying and annoy ursa in lane
But counter-picking is not fun. Neither is fountain-diving. And fountain-hooking. And going for Rosh when enemy Ancient is naked and being pounded on.
Ayesee would make a great Morphling, his voice makes girls wet. [editline]28th August 2012[/editline] Best counter to Ursa is Drow, Viper, or Enchantress.
About counters for ursa, isn't ghost scepter and decrepify the best choice agaisnt him?
About counters for ursa, isn't ghost scepter and decrepify the best choice agaisnt him?
Assuming his teammates have no Magical nukes, sure.
About counters for ursa, isn't ghost scepter and decrepify the best choice agaisnt him?
Anything with a slow is pretty much a counter to ursa.
About counters for ursa, isn't ghost scepter and decrepify the best choice agaisnt him?
No. Heaven's Halberd. [editline]28th August 2012[/editline]
Anything with a slow is pretty much a counter to ursa.
Even if he's slowed he can still have a Blink Dagger. That's something all good Ursa's get.
No. Heaven's Halberd.
Maybe I should pick razor everytime I see ursa
Even if he's slowed he can still have a Blink Dagger. That's something all good Ursa's get.
I remember this time, enemy ursa got a blink dagger, and naix infested him, nobody escaped alive from that teamfight :v:
Maybe I should pick razor everytime I see ursa
yeah razor destroys a grand majority of ursa idiots if I see ursa on their team I immediately pick razor
Imagine what would happen if Valve decided to make Dota 2 open beta after the International 2 ends. Sweet Jesus.
Razor, Viper, or Drow. They all do pretty well against Ursa.
Imagine what would happen if Valve decided to make Dota 2 open beta after the International 2 ends. Sweet Jesus.
I'm hoping they announce something about the date when it goes open beta. Next few days would be a good time to announce something now that they've got everyone's attention.

Does EMP affect people who are lifted by tornado?
Does EMP affect people who are lifted by tornado?
It used to, but in 6.74 it got changed so it doesn't anymore.
-Fucking ninjas are everywhere.-
Does EMP affect people who are lifted by tornado?
it used to but it was nerfed in the last major balance patch
I'm getting sick of playing bot matches to learn new heroes. Why? Bots always seem to fill their ranks up with stuns and disables. Last game I had Venge, Tiny, Crystal Maiden and Windrunner. When I walked into a lane, 3 times I was stun locked to death. I wasn't alone mind you, there were two other people with me.

I've dropped two or three Deathwielders now, what the hell.
Here's a question. Why is Ogre Magi classified as a durable int hero when Jakiro has higher base str AND int?
Here's a question. Why is Ogre Magi classified as a durable int hero when Jakiro has higher base str AND int?
Ogre has much better Str gain iirc.
Ogre Magi also has twice as much base armor as Jakiro.
Also because you usually build Ogre with more tanky items than Jakiro.
