Your friend is an awful detective, that first point is debunked by human anatomy, look at your hand, it isn't completely flat. Listening to a bad drow on my team to go Basher instead of MKB vs a Phantom Assassin who was more or less fed, worst idea ever. Jesus Christ I don't even know why the hell I listen to these stupid pubs anyway. We initiated vs their fed team from a downhill disadvantage in a long hall way. I was even telling them "don't initiate up hill just sac the tower". But NOPE. We go in and get spread and lose the fight, ending the game.
Is it bad that I like playing as Sniper so much? I like how he's a simple ranged Hero capable of doing a lot of damage. I mean I've tried others like Drow Ranger, Windrunner etc. and I just don't feel like I'm helping my team out as well. I might pick up Drow again but for the most part Sniper's my favorite hero, I've just heard he encourages a lot of bad behavior.

Put most points into agi, if you're farmed you should have enough hp to survive to be able to put points back into str to escape.

Treads are for treadswitching so you can waveform to chase kills.
Basically morph about 80% of your stats to agi and treat yourself as a squishy carry, morph strength when running away.
Use your ult to mimic a friendly, either fuck up an enemy initiation with it or use it as an escape mechanism to TP to.

Or get teammate/enemy hero with awesome passives, like Phantom Lancer (Juxtapose and Phantom's Edge work), Anti-Mage (Mana burn), etc.

Anyone noticed how recent riki's started going MoM->Treads->Skull Basher->???
I tried it out, it seems to be effective but we were stomping, so i can't be a good judge of it. Any other opinions?
Someone built MoM on riki a month ago on my team and got shat on nonstop by my teammates over it. Didn't help riki's case that he fed really badly and we barely won that match.
MoM is good in any scenario where enemy can't return fire. If Riki jumps you with cloud you first have to get out of it or become magic immune/avoid it with stuff like BKB, Force Staff, Eul. If you don't have one of these, he can whack on you freely and escape when you are just about to exit it. With Mask he increases his potential DPS during that "free time" he gets when you are escaping cloud.
I think MoM + Diffusal would work much better than Basher, as slow in cloud is already deadly, throw in 100 AS and lifesteal.

It's sort of good item, if you're not going for Diffusal blade [B][U]AND[/U][/B] there is a major slow/stun in your team to setup your kill with smoke screen.

I've recently taken a shine to disruptor, I mean goodness his team-fighting potential is insane.
Sure he has no stuns but and AoE silence and Dot is ultra useful especially if you can pin them in the kinetic barrier. You just put your thunder strike on the squishiest enemy hero and watch them all flap about and panic while your team moves in and cleans up.
And glimpse takes the award for the skill with the best fun to usefulness rating in the game.
Chasing an enemy and they are getting away? Glimpse!
Being chased and they're almost caught up to you? Glimpse!
Pushing a tower and an enemy is using a TP scroll to rush and defend? Glimpse!
Enemy was just inside the area of your Kinetic barrier but managed to escape? Glimpse!
Heck more often than not when playing disruptor I get Arcane boots, Mekansm, wand and spend the rest on wards because I really don't need anything else before the game ends.
And you get so many assists for your efforts.

It's less laggy for brazilians to play on the NA servers because the SA servers are all routed through NA anyway. Also please stop being racist, his nationality had nothing to do with how bad he was at the game.
