I've seen a fair amount of livecasted pub games.
Pro dota players tend to end up on the same team as 4 awful ones with dota's matchmaking.
This is NOT true. A good carry has a much bigger effect on a game than a good support.

I know your pain. First 2 I opened I got 2 of those. Then I traded one for the spiritual spirits. Then I opened another and got another spiritual spirits. It's like the chests are forcing me to have 2 of an item at all times. I want any of the couriers but I kind of doubt I'm going to get one..
If I had to choose one though I'd take the turtle. It's so cool looking.
