I hacked, had a 10 day trial, and only got a 75 hour ban because they though my account" could've been hacked, like it would really matter.
OP gets a permaban about something that had happened a year ago, no warning, just a random ban.
So yes, Blizzard is shit for that.

its not even that bad. i just kept trying for about 3 hours and eventually got through and had my problem dealt with quite fast.
just try the phones a lot after emailing them.

You can't phone in on Account stuff, only billing. They made sure that callers knew that. Although, i you can get the number to call for bans, I'd love you forever. Also: No response yet.
Yeaahh, talking about VAC. My account got hacked, they used hacks on the account: I buy Half Life: Source and bam i get VAC banned. By the way all they say about not getting your account unbanned if you hack on it / someone else does is lies. I got mine back after a loud phone call.
