Go outside the safari zone and cycle to that cave and go to the bottom floor. Then surf and go up the first waterfall. Good training area in that small patch of grass, Also, added PivotDJ

Depends on what level your stuff is. Also, any good training spots before Claire? Ice path has almost zero encounters when I run through it. Maybe 3 per run.

Mine are 50+ but they will be lowered to level 50. To train for Claire, go south of the grass of blackthorn, or fight EVERY trainer in Johto.
