its fine but i wish we could go back to the old gui, it holds better memories. Also, clicking on games has been slow since the first day of steam beta, it would be much faster if we went back to the old ways, where there was no input lag i suppose i sound retarded but there is input lag in our current gui and i can't ignore it
Bring back old UI, and I will happily suck Valve's penis. [editline]30th December 2010[/editline] Or at least make it optional, I can barely stand this new UI. Everything looks cleaner and more futuristic, sure, but I'd rather have the simplicity of the old one.
Service good, client bad.
My only qualm about Steam is that it makes spending my money too easy and desirable.

Steam is awesome. Auto-updates are amazing, and verifying game cache is one of the best features.
5 years ago it was simply awful but now with friends list and the community and such its great.
Oh yeah I love Steam! I just hate the pipes >:C
You hate seenging pipes don't you?
A shame they cost the same
they actually are slightly lower in my country(u can save up to 10 euros when buying stuff from steam)
Having lost an account to steam, I say this: Fuck you Steam.
When people lose accounts on steam, it's usually their own fault.
During one of the sales I bought a pack of 20 games for $50, one of the games included happened to cost $50 normally. So yeah, I like Steam.
Wow... this thread got bumped out of the fiery pits of Hades... Wait, two Months isn't that long. Ignore me.
Just a expression , don't get your knickers in a twist. [editline]22nd December 2010[/editline] That okay But I should not have to be on the internet to play games and Have To update them.
i hate you just an expression don't get your knickers in a twist
I like steam apart from the fact you never own a physical copy which rather concerns me. Mainly due to the fact i've almost lost my account for good before. In steams defence it was my fault
Two months ago i tried Games For Windows Live for the first time, It was annoniying, and I realised why people loves steam butyeah, it sucks that they can disable your account and never re-enable it
Steam's awesome but I think I like physical copies better because then you actually HAVE the game, like if something were to happen to your account or something. It's great for ease of access, but at the same time I like consoles because of having retail disks. I dunno, something about having a nice case for a game and whatnot simply feels better. Plus, I'm not talking about those flimsy cardboard computer game cases. Those suck dick and break easily if you're not so careful.

If you break the SSA they have every right to do as they please with your account.
I hated it when it was new, now I like it a lot.
