So is the 'game mods' part of TCadmin configured with plugins yet?

Not yet, been busy observing the servers and doing some other non-brohoster stuff.

So I have a server right now, but it's hosted in god damn France, and that's no good. I'm tempted to get a server with brohoster, but I just have one question. I saw this thread a while ago (when the pre-order deal thing was still going) and I thought I saw something about being able to use Minecraft Overviewer, but it seems to be gone now. That's pretty much the only thing holding me back right now. Will we be able to use the Overviewer with brohoster?
