Black & White Series - Games

I still dont quite understand how they managed to drastically simplify the creature AI from Black and White 1 to 2. I guess it was to make it more accessible to a wider market, still sucks though.

I highly doubt the devs of From Dust could ruin the game in like 4 months time. The spore devs ruined the game in 4 years.

How do I take screenshots? I've seen sites where they've been taken with an in game camera.

I remember you could rub your creatures stomach and feed him people. :V:

Also, does anyone else find it difficult to grow you creature in the first game? Mine always seems to stay pretty tiny.

Gosh darnit, when I try to play B&W2 I start getting artifacts all over the screen, then I notice my graphics card is at 100c and still increasing. Why does that happen? It can run any other game just fine, but whenever I try Black and White 2 the temperature starts increasing and doesn't stop.

But I think thats because I never left if to sleep in the temple,e since am always dragging around my cow to teach her stuff, and appearently they grow much faster when sleeping in the temple.

Playing BnW 2, on the first japanese land. He's meant to be a "good" character, constantly going on about how the Aztecs make him fight, and he's got ridiculously high impressivness. Yet when I zoom in on his city, the place is an utter state, the ground is cracked and you hear people coughing, babies crying, and creepy evil-style music. Yet I still can't get these people living in pure filth to come to my awesome city!

Holy shit. I remember this game, while i was playing it i asked my mum for a peanut butter and jelly like Americans (im Australian) and it was fucking rank. but that memory does not ruin the good times.

I'd much rather use my Mouse and Keyboard.

Yesterday I reinstalled Black and White 2, and being the lazy guy I am, I used a trainer to make wonders have infinite charge, Volcano more specifically. I think I'm gonna cause global warming.

I have my Expansion hard-copy here somewhere, gonna finish this one first though, I never actually finished it....

God, I wish someone would do a complete remake of the first one, but with state-of-the-art graphics, and maybe a second campaign or something. First one was so much better... Also, how's Populus, gameplay wise, similar to B&W? I might try it out then. EDIT: With so many people playing it again, maybe someone can do an LP on either one? I imagine it being quite interesting, in the normal screenshots-and-text format.
