Just got back to this game. Space planes have been implemented i see. Snazzy
how long does it take to load the game
Just timed it, 2 minutes and 55 seconds. It takes a bit, but I just tab out and do something else.
[t]http://puu.sh/xGxd[/t] Really love this mod pack, about about 6 sats in orbit lol
I remember before I put in more ram, I could take a shower and gmod would be done loading the map by then. KSP was way faster, but with two packs it was 7 minutes or more.
I wish the lighting didn't come from below at night when you're on Kerbin. I can't help but feel as if that is incorrect somehow.
Hey cardboard, I can see the issue right now but I can't connect to steam to talk to you about it. It's weird, I didn't edit the LK files last night after the last test flight I did, which was about 20min before I shut down the computer. It shouldn't have been a problem. I'll see what I can do.

Just made my first return journey to the Mun. My Mun lander's legs were not long enough and I almost lost the entire craft but other than that the flight went off without a hitch! I think I have got the hang of this space thing... however I need to go to the final planet.
ah all problems in kosmos db fixed. No idea what caused it. DB servers must have hicupped.
In the video, do you want me commentating it or would you rather have text explaining shit?
In the video, do you want me commentating it or would you rather have text explaining shit?
what vidoe where and who's?
Someone asked for a tutorial on how to get to/ land on the mun. So I recorded myself getting and landing on the mun. However, I do not know if I should be talking in it to explain what is going on, or to put text to explain what is going on.

[editline]30th May 2012[/editline] Dragon is targeted to land in the Pacific Ocean, a few hundred miles west of Southern California, at approx 8:44 AM PT/11:44 AM ET on May 31
What's with if you edit a rocket in the VAB after one launch you try to launch it again the game crashes...
I have never once had a crash in this game. Even in the earlier versions.
Haven't crashed either, even with my 1.09 gb parts folder.
man, landed on the mun with my full rocket on, because for some reason my tiny rocket wont work, not sure why yet, so I landed the whole thing with five 8 meters tanks, ofcourse the landing area wasn't completely straight, so it tipped over and broke, and one of my RCS fuel tanks broke off but nothing went boom, so first mun landing was semi successful, I was hoping I would be able to make it back tho.
So I started using Mechjeb, and I have to say it's amazing Sure people might think Oh it automates everything therefor it's not going to be as fun. But it opens some doors too, as in being able to link up with anything you have in orbit with relative ease and accuracy, establishing perfect orbits and being real precise in anything you do. Makes docking do-able In a perfect 13km orbit around the Mun, I think the Pe and Ap are 20m off total. Surveying for a landing spot for the planned-Manned-Mun-land And the rocket that took it there: Inspired in part by the Delta II
Am I the only who the Angara engines are broken for?
Just to toss in. The lander on its way to its landing site, with the surveyor I posted above still in orbit passing by under me [editline]31st May 2012[/editline] [editline]31st May 2012[/editline] Ok so I was lifting off the Mun to go back to Kerbin and As I was climbing to altitude, I flew by this: Anyone seen this before? I didn't put it there, and it's a good 15km or so away ON the surface. Pretty much right on the equator. I'm going to continue the orbit until I pass it again and mark it's approximate location on the map *Edited* Sure enough, I orbited again and it was still there. I need to get a Rover parts pack and check this shit out. It's definitely none of my debris
Yeah, I saw it on Minmus aswell.
Well, I did another mission to figure out this mystery. My Kerbalnauts were willing to actually die for this endeavor, knowing they probably would die soon on the launchpad in future endeavors anyway

Finding things like these is awesome, I wish there'd be more hidden things/easter eggs on the moon and minmus.

I think something is wrong with my game I re-downloaded it and everything three times now... After I launch one vehicular thingy and build another and hit launch the fucking window pops up "crashed it would be great if you sent this to the devloper!"...
There's one floating somewhere above minmus.
Does anyone have pictures? This is awesome.
