Calm the fuck down.
Also I just realized something. The ability to rotate parts is actually part of docking. I remember HarvesteR saying something about launching two ships docked together. You need to rotate one upside down to dock them in the VAB right?
I love the little white chunks of ice that fall off behind it.
That wasn't posted earlier. Cool stuff though, now I'm even more excited for docking.
You can already rotate parts, now he needs to re add the ability to add multiple command modules.
why does ice fall off SRB ? :/

Yeah.. Well, it's true for the big orange one beneath the shuttle atleast! :v: Can I get a heart for trying?
EDIT:
Thanks for the heart, but there really is no need to further insult me by not answering the man, and mocking me because I was wrong.

That ain't a rocket, that be a fuel tank.

True, but my point still stands.
Landed my second rover to the lunar surface. Once landed onto the surface after the small hop off the unit, RCS can act like a small flight unit for the rover.
Both the rover unit and the solar panals fold out.

My first attempt to land a rover was a success, unfourtanetly my rover hit 25 m/s and dissapeared.
I wish i recorded it.
Docking? Impossible. Even getting one ship to intercept another is really hard.
Pulling it off requires two phases: matching position, then matching velocity. The first part is difficult, but possible, because you have the orbit map. You can close in on another space-ship very methodically. The next step is nearly impossible because by the time you get there, you have no way to slow down and match it's velocity.
A good way to fix this is to add 'relative velocity' crosses on the attitude indicator. You select a target, and then you can see how fast you're going relative to it, and in what direction.
However, I did once get two ships to meet in space, in orbit around the Mun. God, was this glorious. Anyway, I couldn't get them to match velocities, so I thought maybe I would just bump one into the other. Maybe that would work.
So they collided, and one of their parachutes snapped off.
Use Mechjeb. We use sophisticated software to guide our craft to the ISS and the Hubble, so there's no shame in using a simplified version of it in Kerbal.
It'll get you close enough to manually maneuver without issue

Real men navigate interplanetary missions using nothing but their attitude indicator, a few paper clips, and a roll of duct tape.
speaking of that. how do they cool the SRBs... Lord knows I understand how liquids do it. is it just ablative?
Figured out my rover which went 25 m/s, equates to 90 km/h which then equates to 55.92 miles per hour.
Not fast enough to go time travel, so that rules out one theory of why it disapeared. :v:
Alright, just got a replacement graphics card and I want to play with some space planes. I know this gets asked fairly often but I can't seem to find the posts that refer to this but could somebody tell me the names of some of the essential packs?
Kosmos Angara will get you where you want to go. but has no plane parts.
I already have your stuff CardBoardBox, I Really like your station parts, what about plane parts?
I already have your stuff CardBoardBox, I Really like your station parts, what about plane parts?
nope. Not going to bother with them till that make models mirrorable when symmetry is used.
Finally caved and bought it. anything new since 0.12?
And once again, the updater totally fails at updating the game.
I love those parachutes, they look awesome!
On that note, I wonder if a recovery crew has ever had to sort of chase a pod because the chutes were acting like sails :v:

It'd be fun for the astronauts though, they could stand out the door and pretend they were para-sailing :v:

I just got blasted into orbit off our planet atop a pile of giant, combustible, volatile fuel tanks and engines at ridiculous speeds and under insane g-forces before shooting around space and then blasting through the atmosphere at high enough velocities to more or less torch the outside of my capsule then drifting into the ocean...
That wasn't enough, time for some para sailing! Fuck yeah!

I wonder how long this took, looks awesome.

KOSMOS is an incredible pack. You should really be proud.
I finally got my stupidly over-engineered, over-sized ship to the new moon. I've never been there either, so I wasted a ton of fuel getting there. It's built almost entirely of truss and expedition parts. Almost all the truss parts ended up getting covered in various fuel tanks. It was supposed to be an unmanned probe ship. These shots are from "cameras" placed on the rollposts around the ship.

I wish this game ran better on my laptop. Runs like complete and total ass right now.
How do you access version 0.15? Do you get email notifications equipped with a download link? Because I preordered this a long time ago and I never received anything

Models do mirror already in the HAB.

Go onto your profile page on the store. It's at the bottom.

Ablative.

Search "srb-processing" on google and the first link is a powerpoint about the shuttle SRBs.
