Playing catchup with the Mun, took me ...twenty days to get into Munar orbit. Thank god it was an unmanned probe.

Finally getting my Moonhawk flying well enough to take on the Mun. You'll want it at whatever height you want your orbit to be, once it reaches that height, cut your engines and coast to it. Just as you hit it, burn prograde and accelerate (Nearly 1,000m/s worth) until your Pe and Ae markers start to spin around the planet/Pe comes to the same altitude. Works wonders, MechJeb does it with precision but as long as you can control your rocket, you can do it just as easily manually
Welp, if a new planet gets added at about the 30million kilometer range, then new craft can reach it (it's currently in orbit at this altitude)! And I just had a great idea, all I need is the ability to refuel a craft (in this case, in orbit). Then I can use my craft as a transport vehicle for landing pods!

When they have finished textures I will definitely download!
Hnnnggg.. These Powertech oxygen panel things are retarded. They fly off, in no atmosphere, under acceleration, while CLOSED. This means you can't use them for mun missions or anything of the sort because they just pop off under the tiniest bit of stress. So much for realism.

Just finished my first successful return trip to the Mun with stock parts, liquid fuel only as well. Things looked bad at just about every stage of the mission and I was prepared to write it off as a practice run. "Shit my orbit's fucked up, I'll try to meet up with the Mun anyway, then I'll start again." "Well I caught up with the Mun, but I wasted a lot of fuel. I'll just tidy up the orbit and park it here." "Hell with it, I'll try to land. I expect I'll crash." "Well I've landed, but I doubt I'll be able to get home." "Sod it. I'll give it a go." "Well I've escaped but I expect I'm stuck in a high Kerbal orbit now. Oh well, I'll use up the rest of my fuel with a retrograde burn" Fuel ran out with Periapsis at 14k. Holy shit, they made it home. I forgot how efficient that little engine is. And to make it even better, who should be at the (pretend) controls but Bill, Jeb and Bob. Hmmm... Minmus is looking lonely. Time to strap some SRBs onto this heap.
Oh my god. I just read the thread about death of the Kerbals and possible gore and all these people are saying keep them invincible or have them just fall asleep. What the fuck, I'm not playing space princess barbie. I'm glad harvester is going with ragdolls and death instead of that shit.

Since I updated to 1.5.2, Kosmos solar panels have stopped working, as in, I can't select them.

Then have an "Aerospace Museum" building on the launch site with a "In Memorandum:" wall with all the names of the fallen kerbals that have lost their life for space flight. (along with a giant gold statue of a generic Kerbal) The building could also be used as a stats/records area that stores all your successful mission data in the campaign. Along with screencaps you've taken.
Should have a museum of kerbals and what rocket and flight number they died in, but names should repeat but not often.

Kerbals are too stylized and cartoony for realistic body parts to be flying through the air, spraying blood and whatnot.
I imagine a little blue splat if they fall off of a cliff or something.
