Just purchased and downloading the game now. Anything I should know?
Just purchased and downloading the game now. Anything I should know?
Don't be afraid to use more boosters, or strut connectors to make your rocket stable.
Just purchased and downloading the game now. Anything I should know?
There is a high probability your rocket will explode. Don't worry, unless it doesn't explode then you actually have to learn to control it.
Just purchased and downloading the game now. Anything I should know?
Kerbal rights doesn't exist, so abuse them as much as you want.
After a first (and rather unsuccessful) attempt, the Orion Mk II is ready for launch.
I uhh... haven't been doing alot of the going to space thing.
Just got this bad boy to the Mun
With little fuel left, the trio manages to sustain an orbit! After admiring the stars for a bit, they manage to land successfully near the North Pole. Gerwell Kerman celebrates with a jump.
I uhh... haven't been doing alot of the going to space thing.
How?
I uhh... haven't been doing alot of the going to space thing.
uh yeah, im going to need the save files for each vehicle used in that video
Squeegy, I'm giggling like a little girl at how simply cool that video was. In less than a year, KSP has become the next Garry's mod. If they ever implement some form of multiplayer, I'm just going to mail my firstborn to Squad.
Over 6000 thrust on this bad boy.
Does anyone else play starfox 64 music when making rockets
that is truly impressive how did you get multiple things to move in the same scene?
Move multiple craft next to each other, switch between them with [ and ]. Only limitation is that they have to be standing still when you switch. The planes however, had to be launched as one then seperated in the air. Make a balanced glider that stays airborne by itself, then attach it to what you want to shoot it down with.
uh yeah, im going to need the save files for each vehicle used in that video
We'll see how they do after the update.
mechjeb gets within 500 meters i've found
MechJeb actually landed me ontop of one of my Mun ships, causing both of them to break apart. Ironically, the ship I was landing was a rescue ship for the one I landed on :v:
god damn it everything was going fine in the mission, got my rocket in orbit, a completely routine procedure made it to the mun, landed on the mun near my other lander to rescue the stranded guy but then, everything went to shit. when i entered kerbin orbit i realized i wouldnt have enough fuel to deorbit AND land, and the habitable module was on that stage :( now the "rescued" kerman is inside a habitable module orbiting kerbin on a decaying orbit i feel sad
Surely you could try and parachute down?
What is that glowing thing on top of the lander?
What is that glowing thing on top of the lander?
MechJeb
What is that glowing thing on top of the lander?
mechjeb. Edit: Jævla ninjafaen <3
Jævla ninjafaen <3
Hva, men denne tråden er jo ikke norsk c:
Hva, men denne tråden er jo ikke norsk c:
Oida. But if I translate it, it looks so much meaner :v:
What is that glowing thing on top of the lander?
MechJeb!
I uhh... haven't been doing alot of the going to space thing.
if you asked me to sleep with you right now i'd do it
So does Kosmos work with 0.16?
So does Kosmos work with 0.16?
yes, it works very well actually.
How does everyone have those awesome shadows? I turned the graphics up to maximum and I still don't have them. I have a 5870 with newest drivers.
What's happened with the symmetry button? Only two modes?
So does Kosmos work with 0.16?

yes, it works very well actually.
While on the subject of that, does anyone have a working link for Kosmos? The links in the KSP forum thread are down.
I uhh... haven't been doing alot of the going to space thing.
This is one of the best videos I have ever seen for KSP. Second only to none.
