I need links to the fixed cameras mod and shit but when I find a link to the forum post on google it decides to go to the main forum page and anger me to no end Does anyone have a link to fixed cameras mod?
Do you mean fixed cameras as in a way to lock the camera so that it follows and rotates properly with the spacecraft? If so I need to get me some of this

I'm excited about 0.17, so I started planning interplanetary vehicles. I came up with this,, which appears simple but I plan on adding scientific instruments and other gimmicks to dress it up a little. Fits inside the S-IVB and is launched in conjunction with an exact copy but with lander legs. They will meet in orbit around the destination planet and the lander detaches the journey module. Crews can then be exchanged, and the lander lands on the body. After the mission they return to the station and the station heads towards Kerbin. It then enters Kerbin orbit and the CM detaches from the station and lands. A small rendezvous craft launches and carries back the rest of the crew. It's 32 tonnes and can reach anywhere in the solar system, so no matter what your destination is the craft can handle it. (with the exception of atmospheres, that will have to be accounted for one way or another). It seems to be the most efficient way to do this. A direct ascent vehicle seems mental (although possible) and a large lander just wont cut the larger planets, let alone the voyage home. If anybody has a good idea please share, I'm curious of the other ways to approach these problems.
How long, do you think, after .17 will we see some genius build a geosynchronous space-crane in orbit around one of the planets, something that can lift spent probes and capsules from surfaces and send them back into space?
I finished my NERVA. Download: http://www.mediafire.com/?2cge86f2cc9wk2r

I really hope they organize the parts UI better in 0.17...

Where did you get that/can you send it to me? In other news. Went and grabbed the RemoteControl mod because I needed to control ejected cargo... Made my first sat, its all cool and everything... launch it... admiring the work... Brother comments "So yeah about those solar panels" FUCK. *end flight*
I always want to play KSP after an update comes up, but after half an hour or so I get bored and quit. Does anyone have any advice to stave off the boredom? Maybe a few mods to get me interested again?

Land one at 0N 0E on every planet, or have it in geosync orbit above 0N 0E if landing isn't possible. That oughta slow you down.

I landed on the moon didn't die but crashed. So I turned on the debug menu and rcs'd the fuck outta there then Jeb hit the earth like 20 minutes later it took so fucking long to de-orbit with that. He died.

I thought more people knew about the pack. They are really well made, be it the textures or the models themselves. For some reason, I can't end flights or go back to the space center. Does this happen to anyone else? And mechjeb doesn't save its settings. wtf

How do I fix it?
I hate to run off the subject here, but when ever I hear about Infinity: The Quest For Earth I have to post some info. For anyone that does not know, they are getting ready to use Kickstarter or another funding source hopefully later this year. Additionally they are going to be releasing a public demo of Infinity sometime this fall with an entire solar system to explore. If you follow Keith Newton on Twitter I am sure you can get any info from him you need. I still love KSP though.......

I've been following Infinity for many, many years now, and if that's true I'll be so happy.
How do I fix it?
find out what plugin is doing it and bitch at the person who made it? i dont know it might just be mod confliction.
How do I fix it?
Make a backup of your plugin folder. Delete the plugin folder. Test game. If game works, it's a plugin problem. Start adding plugins to the game folder 1 by 1 and testing the game each time you add one. When the game breaks, it means you have found the buggy plugin or mod conflict.
add half at a time faster
If it's a mod conflict it probably won't be faster. If it's a broken plugin then it will. Nevermind, it should be faster anyways assuming you just want to get the game to work.
Could an experimental tester confirm or deny the existence and usage of 0.17x builds? I'm curious as to whether or not it's as close as I want to believe.

He usually responds fairly quick on weekdays. Its the only place you can get up to date info these days since he and Brebion have apparently been too busy to update the official website.

I see Sillisko's skylab-ish station and I raise a larger one: I hope the KOSMOS team makes a functional TKS system for the VA, this does the job well though.
fyi, use this as img link http://s7.postimage.org/d6xe9vh2x/KSP_2012_09_02_15_08_45_36.png
Could an experimental tester confirm or deny the existence and usage of 0.17x builds? Find a leaked picture of a dev post announcing experimentals (done but you can never trust it by itself I'll admit). 2. Take a look at recent dev activity and their public posting records. Notice how many of the devs have not posted in days in regards to development progress (except Nova but he posts all the time), yet they are active all most every day, especially during work days. They must be posting and checking a forum which standard users can't read. I think we all can guess what that must be. 3. Look at the time passed between the start of the update and now and see if it is appropriate. 4 weeks is the time they have quoted as what it's supposed to be like. 0.17 was announced July 30, 3 weeks ago today (1st September), They use the 3 week mark for the feature lock and to begin experimentals (usually). Also take note that 0.17 is a polish update, and the features have all had groundwork lain during previous updates (IVA, planets) or just aren't that big or bug prone (Tutorials, Scenario logic, pretty much everything else). So don't be surprised if they have less bugs to catch and therefore cut a few days off the update cycle.
