Is there a way to bring up the satellite window again with the RemoteTech Relay Network plugin? I seem to have accidentally closed it and can't get it back up.
Except they said they got it 80-90% finished.
I can't find the post now, but I believe they were saying they have docking itself 80-90% complete, not docking as a feature (which includes all the stuff required to make docking usable, such as UI (which won't happen until Unity 4 comes out (and it doesn't have a release date yet))).

I think so too now that you mention it. That's still most of the work out of the way though.
who knows we might get docking soon. but we might get black mesa soon as well..

its already in beta
they could start work on it
Until docking comes out, I've been using Mechjeb in conjunction with ExPI... Which does a lot of what you would want from the docking system. You can build stations, launch ships from them, dock with stations, all that sort of thing.
And yes, I know you guys don't really like Mechjeb, but the rendezvous system works well enough, and there's a reason NASA doesn't control their rockets with joysticks outside of dire emergencies.
^^ I will miss the 1.0 version of Falcon. 1.1 is so damn long @__@ also flower pedal engine arrangement instead of ticktacktoe block arrangement.

Wait, what? I thought ExPI was just a parts pack.
Will we lose our current saves when the new version comes out? I mean if we already know the orbital distance of the planets we could just get ships at those exact orbits heading in the opposite direction to the planets so when the update comes out we're only a minute or so of warp-speeding away from colonisation

Where did you hear this?
Where did you hear this?
It is in the picture of the 1.1. shorter engine bay and arranged totally different.
Is anyone else having trouble with the solar panels in the MMI pack? They don't extend on my rockets and I can't move them in the VAB. I really want to have a base or station that has infinite fuel without using the debug tools.
Other than Novapunch what would everyone's recommended parts pack be?
Other than Novapunch what would everyone's recommended parts pack be?
Kosmos is cool for space stations, and the KW Rocketry pack has lots of fuel and engine styles.
Damned Robotics has really nice custom-key-mappable servos (controllable hinges) and rotatey bits
Also claws!
I'm sure there were some rocket debris and a kerbal launching machine at the launchpad just a minute ago...

Let's check the tracking station

WHAT WORMHOLE GOT THEM THERE

that's one way to clean the launchpad I guess :v:
[editline]8th September 2012[/editline]
That is about 34268 times the speed of light I think.

why do your struts need fuel

I use DynaSat which has plenty of extendable solar panels.

Do these recharge the MMI ion engines? Or do they have their own?
Either way, could I get a DL link?

It has an ion engine of its own, and it should power any other ion engine since they all use electrical energy.
I really hope that someone can get around to doing a user friendly video tutorial on KSP's new part SDK :v:
It's been at least a month and when I try to work the SDK, I'm like a monkey trying to figure out how to open a can of beans.
You know what I want?
Deployable wings. Because it's a pain in the ass to cram a really tiny spaceplane into those PLFs

What is the point of loading a spaceplane into a rocket anyways? Isn't the point of a spaceplane over a rocket so that you have a re-usable craft?
why do your struts need fuel
They have another line going to the engine, since the command 'module' is between the engine and the fuel.

Sometimes I want a VTOHL craft/want to see how accurate my gliding skills are

sending a spaceplane to planets with atmospheres?
When I said earlier that I used ExPI to build spacedocks, I misspoke. I meant to say Orbital and Planetary Construction, which you can find here: http://kerbalspaceprogram.com/forum/showthread.php/9283-0-16-0-Plugin-Orbital-Planetary-Construction-V9-3
