Okay, where do I even download the patcher? I can't find it anywhere. I hate how the website almost treats me as if I haven't bought the game.

ok managed to start the download. go to store, log in, profile, at the bottom is a download link, follow that to get the patch or 1.7 directly (pain in the ass)

Okay, since the patcher is a small 375KB download that requires you to log into a valid account and all that before it actually lets you download/access the game, I think it's pretty safe to assume that there's no problem to make a mirror for it. wait how does one acquire the patcher? i remember having it on older versions but my 0.14 doesnt come with it?

Then when you do choose, the patcher is grasping at straws because the auth is gone.
