Done.
Done.
Now do a free return trajectory.
Check the download page, 0.14 is out.
So what are the secrets?
Well, its a lot bigger in file size than the experimental, and i think Harv mentioned a smaller tank and engine, for the landing legs.
I hope they followed my request and removed the punctuation mark from the console texture that can be seen inside the launch tower if you zoom in real close.
How does that constitue another 60mb?
How does that constitue another 60mb?
No idea. Also, don't bother trying to download now, servers are going so damn slow because of traffic.
is there a changelog anywhere?
Check the download page, 0.14 is out.
Still 1.3.3 for me :(
Still 1.3.3 for me :(
If you've paid for it, you go to the store, log in, click profile, scroll down and theres a link that links to the download page for 0.14
And suddenly the site is completely inaccessible.
And down goes the server! Down goes the server!
-snip massive ninja- [editline]3rd March 2012[/editline] Seems their servers are just like the arctic ice. Melting.
I think someone mentioned it before, but perhaps once the non-experimental release comes out, we can compile a list of addons that are 'universally accepted' (for lack of a better term), and share the tracking station file between whoever wants to participate?
Anyone care to do this now that .14 is out?
getting a 400kps download so far, not bad
-snip massive ninja- [editline]3rd March 2012[/editline] Seems their servers are just like the arctic ice. Melting.
More liek running at glacial speeds.
Wow, site is so slow.
Still faster than Congress.
Still faster than Congress.
Also unlike Congress, it uses the internet.
I think someone mentioned it before, but perhaps once the non-experimental release comes out, we can compile a list of addons that are 'universally accepted' (for lack of a better term), and share the tracking station file between whoever wants to participate?
I planned on doing that, here's the list of parts: Challenger, Down Under Pack, CardBoardBox's pack, Novapunch remix, Pelf's pack, the probodobyne pack, and Kosmos. If you want to submit a station just PM the file to me, I'll compile the stuff together, and post a link to a file with all of the spess stations and landers, and release it in a latter post, with a list of the ships and who built them. So I suppose you can message me with your space station files.
Can't download for shit Reminds me of how Minecraft used to be before they got proper servers
At least now the auto-updater is in, which will probably make everything smoother next time around.
They put in a way to download it in parts, which is pretty nice of them.
I saw mars today, it was pretty fun. Anyways, I'm away from my pc, so please post some pics of the secrets!
I'mma go see if I can see Mars right now.
I'mma go see if I can see Mars right now.
March 4-5 is going to be the closest approach of earth to mars. We should have an astronomy thread, for this kind of stuff, that would be pretty cool.
I just noticed this mod today, this is exactly what I wanted its called "mechjeb" http://kerbalspaceprogram.com/forum/index.php?topic=8021.0 Author said it will be released as soon as guidelines for modules are posted
