I thought the failures were just safety shutdowns.

I wonder why they don't have some kind of rail which the 2nd stage engine uses to prevent problems like in the second launch.

Next Falcon 9 w/ Dragon launch is scheduled for April 30th 12:22 ET, so that will be exciting to see.
