Pelf should texture his parts and do a Ao material render instead of a world light source burn.

How does one make a thrust-vectorable engine?
Could you guys be so kind as to upload a .craft for Anegra? Or at least a schematic of what goes where?

dat docking module
I heard there's going to be a lot more than just docking for 0.15.
I though that was a parachute or something. I hope they use a different model.
Pretty sure it's a parachute, that's 0.14.2 not 0.15

What make you think it's a docking module?
Also, about there being more than docking, nothing more is confirmed, it's just that looking back at previous updates it very likely there will be more.
hurah!

[sp] Chances it actually fit are small, but I'll see what's gonna happen now[/sp]
Alright, so, how exactly do I go about buying KSP without using paypal? On the site, it says I can just use my credit card, but I'm not exactly sure how to go about that.
You need to use paypal you just don't need an account.
The Munar TKS that Cardboard showed off on the last page was actually a joint project. I designed the lander, and Cardboard the rocket, and we ran parallel missions to the Mun. Here's some pictures from my end.

Returning home, and yes, Cardboard and I both made it back just fine.

Heard it from Nova who was told by Harvester. He (Nova) wasn't 100% sure however.
I hope it isn't a docking module, it looks like butt.

Even IF it is a docking module, that'll be a placeholder. It has the same model as an opened parachute.
Gr. Redownloaded KSP for a clean slate, but now I can't connect to the update server :(
I docked!

It works good enough for now. The only issue is that the solar panels can clip a small bit trough the parts, and the rocket already managed to fiddle itself out of one of the holding areas before because of that :v:

Nevermind, fixed it. Somehow forgot to leave out my country in the details thing. Words cannot describe how stupid I feel right now.

So, as I'm downloading 0.14, can anybody suggest must-have mods?
Hi again, It's Monday once more, and yes, the update is planned to go up today.
Over the weekend, the experimental team has been going over it, and I'm happy to say most of the bugs encountered so far are relatively minor, and a release should be possible today.
The one thing that really needs to be worked on though, is the download server itself. It's breaking down under the load, and I don't want to release this update with the server in the state it's currently in. What's the point of releasing a new update if people can't finish the download?
Other than that, there are a couple of issues here and there that can also be improved upon, and if it can be done in the time it takes to make sure the server is working at its best, we'll try to get those fixes in before the release.
Even so, if we can't get any more fixes in the game before the release, it should be possible to release a small patch now with the improved patcher. Hopefully it will work properly this time.
More news as we go along.

0.14.2, new terrain.
Hi again,
So, here's the latest developments:
We are looking into the server issue right now. We've just about had enough of this problem, and we want to make sure our download server is up to the task here, instead of subjecting everyone to the well-known horrors of a server that cuts transfers half-way through.
That most likely means we will eventually have to migrate the site to a new hosting service (about time if you ask me), but that, as you can imagine, would be quite a lengthy procedure. In the meantime though, we are looking at quick options here to get the release out as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, it is quite possible that this would delay the release even further. Although one could argue that it's moot, since a bad server means people wouldn't be able to get the release anyway... Being faced with this decision, I'd choose the lesser of two evils, and go with some disappointment over another delay instead of the mass frustration of a release that no one can download.
This server issue doesn't just affect the full download. The multi-part option we did last time worked for some, but it was a bandaid solution, and several people reported that the server would cut off even the 25MB pieces. Worse even, the bad server also affects the patcher system, meaning it might cut an update transfer later on, and cause the game to become corrupt. Needless to say, we can't have that happening ever.
So we need to make the right call here, and get the server issue fixed up before doing anything else.
I trust everyone will understand the need to do this now. We can't have another release like the 0.14 again. It's bad for everyone.
Cheers
Maybe a delay :suicide:
