Has the new update got any certain dates? or is it still "soon"?

And here we go again.

It was peaceful here for a while...
For a while I considered buy meteorite a title that said "look i am no hacker i am just a teen trying to survive in this world", but I didn't because I thought he stopped posting :(

Why are you asking here? None of us are going to get them for you.
[editline]13th May 2012[/editline]
Also: why are you using IE? It's shit, get Chrome or Firefox instead.
Uh oh, not meteorite... There's no more to help him. He's a lost cause. He should just, either learn to spell and write properly like us, or just stay quiet.
And my hopes aren't high for the former.
Here's an idea, why don't we block him, stop responding to him and stop talking about him entirely? It's called ignoring, we can still discuss other subjects instead of creating drama by yelling at a single person.
I wonder if they changed the atmosphere with the addition of Spaceplanes, at all. To make flying more realistic and viable, and less clunky and forced.
it doesn't look like it.

IE9 isn't that bad.

how do colour and font sizes work for titles? I'm doing something.

You can probably guess what, not sure if I actually will do it though :v:
Nova Sillisko never made a proper decoupler for his probekit. So I decided I would make one.

What pack are these parts from?
never seen them before
I wonder if anyone will make some Star wars themed parts. That would be pretty cool.
IE9 isn't that bad.
Except Chrome and FF are better.
uh... why are they still using the N-1 moon rocket engine?
uh... why are they still using the N-1 moon rocket engine?
Who where what.
This point is pretty useless without a context :v:
Taurus II. (Antares 110 or whatever it is...) is using NK-33 rocket engine 0__o
Oh.
Well I guess it has been upgraded significantly from back in the day. It's also the rocket engine with the highest thrust to weight ratio.

Yeah. Wiki says they add US stuff to it and remove some rigging. but it is still an NK-33 chamber and plumbing. Funny how we are using Russian stuff....

First stage of the Atlas V uses a Russian engine (RD-180).

I am well aware of this :) i was just aware of the nk-33. I had yet to read up on the Taurus II till i found I could watch it :D
it should be noisy.
currently making an RD-180 for Angara as we speak :D

The US uses more American built rocket engines then most people think. The Atlas V uses american build SRBs and upper stage engine. Only the main engine is Russian. The Delta II & IV rockets use all american built engines. The Orbital Sciences rockets (Taurus & Minotaur) use mostly american built engines except for the one mentioned above.
I never knew that. I always though we used mainly Russian built engines too.

I spot smoothing errors
I spot smoothing errors
Yes. Most of the parts texture bakes have those errors. But now i have a six core. so it will not take an hour to bake them. so on all new parts these baking errors will not exist.
currently all you see is the Rd-191 parts on the parts it donated ^^
SLS will also be all-american.
In KOSMOS thread someone asked for the bigger core stage of A7 or whatever angara has in the big version. Anyone have pictures of details on this? going to make a 1.5m for Angara pack for this engine I recon.
So my engine that I'm working on has 3400 faces (mostly quads). Is that too many for KSP?
Nope, ksp shouldn't have any issue with 3.4k polys.

Quads are just 2 polys. It is not like the game recognizes them as less polys. it just splits them into 2 triangles. so don't fool yourself.
but that being said. 6800 polys is fine once the game builds the mesh.

Ok, thanks. Do you know what the upper limit should be?
