Holy fuck Simski, chill out. Its not like there are a bazillion other ways to make your door safe... I think this is gonna be pretty cool, and make it a lot tougher! Good job Jeb!
I'm abandoning this fucking game if they implement it. I did NOT enjoy playing project zomboid.
Again, I like it, and I do play on hard mode. I like how they're making it more like an actual survival game with challenge besides monsters doing more damage than before. Also, this is only assuming that zombies can even get to your door. If you prevent them by spawning by lighting up fucking 35 blocks away from your door it will almost NEVER be a fucking problem.
Fuck. I'm abandoning your server if they implement it.
Well, Your choice  I do like the pathfinding they implemented, makes mobs seem less retarded.
I'm abandoning this fucking game if they implement it. I did NOT enjoy playing project zomboid.
Thats such a retarded reason to abandon the game. Boo fucking hoo.
I fucking hate you guys for endorsing this
Out of curiosity, have you guys heard of the method to transmit redstone signals wirelessly, infinite distances in vanilla minecraft?
Basically, it's more along the lines of a radio station. Using it you can theoretically make a radio station that can transmit messages, anything from Morse code to entire sentences depending on how much infrastructure you want to put into it. (Making pixel displays that can display letters is a pain in the ass) Those messages can be received by anyone anywhere on your server, once again assuming they also have the proper infrastructure to decode your messages. And yes, it can be done in vanilla minecraft. I'll upload a video if I get around to building it, I'm at Uni so finding free time is kind of a pain in the ass.
I fucking hate you guys for endorsing this
Stop enjoying what I don't enjoy you retarded fags.
There you go again assuming that me downloading mods will do fuck all despite me not playing single player. Stop fucking assuming I play single player. Single player is really REALLY fucking boring. I would not be able to stand playing this game if I could not play it with other people. [editline]8th February 2012[/editline] Here's a compromise then. Let this retarded change effect single player only. So only the autistic loners will have to suffer from zombies letting creepers into their homes.
I never said anything prior. I didn't assume anything. That's your problem. Somebody's not happy. You sound just like the MC forums when hunger was added.
(User was banned for this post ("Haha autism!! On a different non-simski ntoe, What if there was a faction server with two set up factions and a plugin to make local-only speach (Only being able to talk to people near you specifically), and the two factions where about 300 or so blocks away from eachother in decently sized forts. They could send messages to eachother via sand/gravel cannon, and how they could talk would be like this: Generally, gravel is a negative response and sand is a positive response. If no response has been sent yet/ in a while, you could start one by sending either gravel or sand. You send gravel to declare war, or sand or to request trading. If you declare war by firing gravel, and the person fires gravel back (or nothing at all), they will also engage. If you fire sand, you will surrender a requested amount of materials (If it's unfair you can call off the surrender). If you fire sand someone will come over and trade as needed.

Just gonna throw a screen up here. I know I'm late to the party but I just got around to trying the Unbelievable Shaders with PureBDCraft and it feels like I've stepped into a disney movie. And I can't stop looking at pigs. [img_thumb]http://img831.imageshack.us/img831/1668/holyjesuspigs.png[/img_thumb]

Is there a way to turn off the motion blur on Unbelievable Shaders?
I fucking hate you guys for endorsing this
God you are like all the little shits on their forums. Cannot handle ANY type of challenge at fucking all. Watch you all whine and whine like little turds and he will remove it. I hate people like you it's perfect and a good idea.
I don't play hard mode much but i think the zombies breaking down doors might actually get me to step up the difficulty, it sounds like a great idea.
Why the fuck do you care about the difficulty in a game based entirely around building shit with blocks? The combat is boring and repetitive, the enemies are equally boring and generic (suicide bombers and skeletons that shoot/stab you, also zombies), and the only way you can die even on hard is by having downs syndrome and walking into lava, but even lava gives you like six seconds to escape.
Because the game is too easy? And if they changed combat once again little turds will whine and beg until it's removed.
Who the flying fuck is autistic enough to enjoy playing single player in Minecraft anyway?
Being autistic and liking single player are not in any way connected.
I don't fucking play singleplayer. Jesus fuck, why does everyone assume I can change the difficulty on the servers I play on? Who the flying fuck is autistic enough to enjoy playing single player in Minecraft anyway? (User was banned for this post ("Haha autism!! Flaming" - Dragon))
Alot of people play Minecraft more as a creativity engine than a hard-core survival game. By adding more voracious mobs at higher difficulties (which the creativity players need not apply for), then the game can cater to both audiences without bending either one over and doing horrible things to their now sandy buttholes. Plus most servers are defaulted to normal difficulty anyway, so you shouldn't have anything to worry about unless server admins decide to troll everyone one fine day.

And since it's about preference, and if you always want to be on multiplayer, then you really should look for servers that fit your preference, and there will of course be servers like that. If your server happens to change then it's probably time to change servers.
Im gonna like zombies being able to break down doors, now I have a reason to make a real fortress instead of a 1 room shack. More stuff like this will make the game funner in my opinion, as its too easy right now. And I don't see a reason for little kids to complain, its only on hard right? So than don't play on hard, its like people don't even think they just bitch and say its gonna be terrible when they probably play on peaceful or easy.
I'm pretty sure Survival mode is called Survival mode for a reason.
And if you are playing minecraft for the creative engine, than just play you know, creative mode.
And if you are playing minecraft for the creative engine, than just play you know, creative mode.
People played it for the creative aspect during the time which there was no creative mode, or like to test out various gadgets that rely on hostile mobs (defenses, grinders, etc). Alot of it was the challenge of doing stuff legitimately without succumbing to mobs ganking them, and so with the newer survival changes (better mob AI, more dangerous Zombies, etc), those that still like a relatively laid-back survival experience in which they can spend more time tinkering can do so, and those who want to face the possibility of being raped can also do so, as well as various mixes of the two.
