these books will be great for challenge maps, no more downloading notes, you can put them right into the map!

you can copy and paste stuff, but it's a bit odd since it won't paste anything into it if you copy too much.
they should make books editable after they are signed but only by the person who signed them, i'm guessing the signing was to stop people on multiplayer servers from getting the word 'Cock' written in their book 500 times

actually you use an item from thaumcraft to get down there, you have to research the item.

And also some good mods to spice up survival a bit? It's kinda of un-survival at the moment since I can take on 2 endermen, 6 zombies, 2 creepers at the same time with a stone sword.

Also, Terrafirmacraft is freaking awesome. If there's one thing that's lacking in vanilla it's the very short learning/technology curve. Terrafirma has incredible complexity, and the cave-ins are terrifyingly brilliant.
