Do you keep a separate layer of your character to past in your screenshots or something?
It's Singleplayer commands freecam
I'm doing Mystcraft multiplayer with a friend at the moment. pretty funny, because we came by an snow and jungle skyworld age.
Sorry for the cross posting, I figured I'd get more of a response here.
Are there any small mods you guys would recommend? I'm am playing single player for the first time in a while, and after installing some of the larger mods I wanted I'm looking for a few small ones to flesh it out.
What mods I have:
ExtraBiomesXL
Mythcraft
Better Dungeons
Simple Ores
Battle Gear
Sensible Enchanting
Big Ass Villages
Minecraft Comes Alive
I have both Forge and Modloader installed to get the above working.
It was a little rough, but I got all of those to work together, surprisingly. I wanted to add Powercraft for the digger and some of the simpler conveyer belts, but it won't work with what I already have.
This is the most basic design, the on signal should be connected to left wire and the output comes out the right.
There's also this version:

Input is the redstone on top, output is a repeater or redstone from which-ever side of the 2x1 trench you want.
What the fuck? You have to pay for it?
That's a load of bullshit. It should be free.
It's mostly full of dumb irrelevant information that won't be of any use unless you want to make something as close to super-efficient as possible by listing how much energy engines put out and how much energy is used by the machines. Everything else you can find out either through the wiki or through experimentation, the latter being much more fun.
A little something I made using IC2 and RP2

The thing on the right is a cluster of thermopiles connected to a pump which pumps lava into the little glass container. A deployer filled with buckets grabs the lava and puts it in a chest. Then a filter pumps out the filled buckets into the 4 geothermal generators on the left, all connected to a mass fabricator. They're also connected to 4 recyclers which are provided with cobble from a cobble generator and pump the scrap into the mass fabricator with a retriever. Finally a transposer pulls out the empty buckets from the geothermals and put them back in the chest ready to start the process again.

Oh, and you get water into the nether by bringing ice which you make by compressing a snowball.
It make UU-matter yo.
Fuck, some of my ages are decaying.
My jungle/desert has decay, among a few other ages.
lava make cobble. cobble make scrap. scrap make matter.
uguu~
and then matter makes everything

Mystcraft
Does anyone have any neat Terrain control configurations you wouldn't mind sharing?
Anyone know of, or have a good whitelisted creative server?
Nah, how about any good RedPower servers? (Not necessarily including Industrial/Buildcraft.)

Goddamnit they can't just act normal can they.

Building a 1:1 scale model of portal with a friend in minecraft down to every detail and even the lighting.

What have you got done so far?
1st room is almost done, 2nd room is pretty much done (i gotta make a real button), and the observation rooms in the first and 2nd room are done. It's not gonna go in the same order as in portal though, I think i'll do room 1, room 2, then the room with the stairs, then that one big room with all black panels around it and the stairs down to the bottom, and then I dunno. I'll be making a video at the end and then probably releasing the map and textures.
Started a new yogbox survival world... on superflat. This'll be fun.

Fully automated seed/flower collector. Just needs bone meal. Uses RedPower's Transposer and Deployer.
No block breaker?
No block breaker?
No need. Relies on a glitch where bone meal will still grow things on grass, but since it's completely incased, it's too dark, so everything pops off to be sucked up by the transposer.
Welp, figured out the cause of the infuriating out-of-memory errors. It's not the RAM, it's the graphics card's RAM. That explains a whole lot. Should never have fucking bought a used 8800 GT.
[editline]30th April 2012[/editline]
Doesn't explain why it performs exponentially worse in SMP, though.
God dammit. Mystcraft dumped me in the middle of an infinitely large sheet of ice.
I can't escape.
Ever.

Holy shit, I found a single patch of dirt with a reed on it. Managed to grow two others and I was out of there. Now I'm in an age with mountains and oceans that are all rounded squares. I prefer this one a lot.
By using an array of buttons, I managed to make my Redpower mining machine work.

Now I just gotta learn FORTH. :/

Why not use computercraft. Pretty much does that same and has a easier learning curve. Once you understand that move onto RP Control

Despite a Lua terminal being more user-friendly, it doesn't hurt to attempt something along the lines of a 6502 architecture. Plus all the components make it feel more ye olde computer-y.
Tried out the Oblivioncraft sound pack. I keep hurting myself because it sounds better.
Minema is amazing.

For some reason I like to try to use mods as-is, have been since I tried making crap in Buildcraft like automatic flint factories, tree machines, etc., using nothing BUT Buildcraft.
