Rare drops if anyone is unclear:
Skeleton:Bow(sometimes enchanted)
Zombies: Iron Sword, Iron Shovel, Iron Ingot, Iron helmet.
Zombie Pigmen: Gold Sword(Sometimes enchanted), Gold Helmet, Gold Ingot.
time to kill pigmen.
It's a shame zombies don't drop iron pickaxes.
Oh, well. Iron is renewable now, so I'm happy.
Simski is killing himself right now
Yep. Abandoning Profan's server and probably Minecraft in general, Minecraft being turned shit is a good reason for me to get on with finishing some of those steam games I've bought but forgotten about. Not before I remove all my valuables from my chests and jump in lava to ensure that nobody else can have them though.
I hope Jeb dies of ass cancer.
I was right. :v:
But that's not a feature dummy.

I was still right, though. :v:
Good lord, Simski, just wait for a mod and a Bukkit plugin that disables door-banging.
If you're worried about zombies breaking down your doors, I've got a solution for you. There are these things called Fence Gates, perhaps you've heard of them. Just build yourself a tidy picket fence with gate, and you'll face no more zombie issues.
I'm really not sure why we make this so difficult, when the solutions are so simple even I can find them.
I was perfectly fine with how Minecraft was before, and I absolutely loathed the feeling of never being safe on Project Zomboid because zombies will always be able to get in your house. I don't really like hardcore much at all, but I was getting used to the whole hunger system and surviving the hard to kill mobs. I lost fucking everything I had worked my ass off in the old map, creepers keep destroying fucking everything I make, and now fucking zombies will be able to just prance into my front door. No. Fuck that. I don't want to play this game anymore.

Why the "()"?
Seems unnecessary
How about you simply don't update?

I must have missed something. Iron is renewable now?
Zombies sometimes drop iron ingots.
How about you simply don't update?
Did I not make a big enough scene about how I don't play Single Player? Honestly.

Well Arkantos, I guess I'll just have to try harder since you apparently don't feel I've said enough.
Zombies sometimes drop iron ingots.
Oh, thanks.
I do see where Simski is coming from. "Don't play on hard," "use a mod," and "don't update" are invalid excuses when you only play on multiplayer servers that you don't own or have operator privileges on.
My opinion on this change is that it adds to atmosphere but not to gameplay. For example, zombies wrecking villagers' houses and trying to kill the villagers is really darn atmospheric, which is good. The change does not, however, make hard mode any more challenging as one can simply barricade one's doors.
Hey simski. Servers have a difficulty option. Quit your fucking whining and realize that zombies arent going to bust down doors on normal, which you can set to.

Where's the "Bad reading" rating when you need it.

Because clients can totally change a server's difficulty setting whenever they want.

No, but servers will start announcing their difficulty options after this update.
Which means if you dont like the busting down doors, you can just play on a diffrent server.

Then you can just deal with it. Not that hard. You know how much shit I don't want in the game? No you don't, I have never complained about one thing.

I was wondering when you would do that.

I don't have to deal with it because I play on my own server. :v:
Doesn't mean I can't criticize the change, though.
There are peaceful survival servers, you can play on them. All you have to do is find a server that fits your taste (And they are out there, don't bullshit me and say there isn't) and you're fine.
And if you're complaining about difficulty, fine, make it so diamonds are as common as dirt patches and replace all stone with iron, gold and coal instead of having them in veins.
You can critisize the change, that's fine, go ahead, but it is limited to hard mode. If you don't like how hard the game is, you can bump down the difficulty. And like I said earlier if your server doesn't have that difficulty change to a different server.
and nothing of value was lost
...?

I liked the difficulty the way it was. YOU are the ones who didn't like the difficulty the way it was.
I liked it the way it was. I just like it more now.
Also, go ahead and ignore everything I said.
I liked it the way it was. I just like it more now.
And I absolutely fucking loathe it.
I have the feeling you're blowing this out of proportion to try to prove your point (Which you're not doing a good job of), similar to what you did (Or what I think you did, might of been something else) on the community project thread.
