New chunk generation/sending causes a fair bit of lag as well. When I hosted a server on my pitiful 512Kbps upload, most people experienced hellacious lag for a minute or two until the chunks were all sent to them, and after that they said it played just fine.

I always play with a friend of mine on his server, we built some awesome shit over the time. I had a blast building stuff. But now he discovered the buildcraft and industrialcraft, he is obsessed by those mods. He only builds stuff with that and we can't have our oldschool minecraft building sessions, without using those machines.

If so what does the cobblestone texture look like and, if possible, can you make an alt. version with smoothstone. I'm loving the texture pack but that's my only gripe.

I hate the void-fall bug in the latest snapshot. You can't save a game properly because of it.

God damn it Lilyo! I'm working on a texture pack too, and now I can't post it because yours is better!

Am i the only one that wants the world generation from around Beta 1.6 and the normal tint* back, but the features of minecraft as it is now? *since 1.8 minecraft became more ''brownish'', i liked the old ''tint'' alot more, more colourful and exciting. I just find the old world generation more interesting and awesomer, like the old seeds glacier etc. [t]http://i.imgur.com/yb6Wv.jpg[/t] It's btw almost a year ago already.
