my friend and i want to make something truly MASSIVE. like a city or something similar- we are just lacking ideas. What would be a good famous (preferrably old, though we could do modern) city that
A. wouldn't take a shitton of hard to get blocks (iron, diamond, gold, the likes)
B. not too many giant curvy structures
C. is somewhat well documented (sketches/pictures of a top-down view, multiple pictures/drawings from inside the city)

Yogbox includes optifine, iirc, but it's generally laggy for me which may be the same issue for him. If Minecraft became unplayable it'd do so when an update hits, not a few months later.
Then don't use the Yogbox? Modpacks are usually unstable, don't blame minecraft for something that (most likely) mods cause.
So in this next update, will singleplayer work the same, but I can still invite people to it and make it into multiplayer? Or is it local only?

When a Creeper is struck by lightning, it glows like this. When said Creeper explodes in this form, the explosion is much more destructive.

Sometimes the lightning will strike the creeper, causing..that.
The creeper will also have a wider explode radious, about 3x times larger, if I'm not mistaken.

A creeper like that went into my house once. There wasn't a single block of the house left.

I don't remember it very well, but I think it was about 5x5x4 and it happened in 1.6 I believe. It had loads of valuable stuff though, and when I came back there was nothing left. The bed was obliterated.
Still not seen a 'legit' one of those yet.
