Like the cracked client that lets you put your username as anyone's.

I'd suggest early on since it's about looting, but cities are huge, so as long as you move slightly from the centre of the city, you should still find loot. [editline]1st July 2012[/editline] At this point, fiddling with the radio, static booleans won't be drawn if they changed, so have to do another method to get the true/false to make it play sounds when toggled.

It's not too late to suggest anything. I want suggestions, but they have to make the game more difficult. I want to avoid making it easy in any regard.

Stuff like Teddy Bears, Tin Cans, Old Books, Empty Bottles, Scrap Metal, etc. Also, add some of the stuff that's in DLCs, like this one thing from Old World Blues. I forgot the name of it, but it makes your character look bald, and adds a glowing blue ring around your forehead. It had an armor value 3, and gave your character really slow hp regeneration, something like 1 HP every 5 seconds or so. [editline]1st July 2012[/editline] Did the armour textures ever get finished? Like the actual on body armor?
I sure hope the post apoc server will feature some sort of anti x-ray feature (if x-ray is possible in the mod at all, I'm not sure). X-ray users and general cheating ruins the game experience for me.

Though that does give me the idea for mobs that do radiation damage when attacking. No, the armours did not get finished, a few pages back, Flak listed the textures that hadn't been done.
Oh, hey. A creature that explodes like the creeper, but doesn't damage the terrain, or you. Instead it jacks up the rad levels in the explosion radius tremendously for a few seconds. How would that be?

Small update. Most of the guns work nicely, though I'm still working on spread and damage, as well as getting bullets to [b]not fucking drop out of the sky after 4 seconds.[/b] Also added "Ghouls which spawn in mass clumps, survive in the day, and are smarter than zombies. They also got a fancy as model and texture that I made. They apply radiation, do a shit ton of damage, spawn 20 at a time if not more, and only in cities. They can enter buildings, break open doors and wooden structures, and have a ton of health. Because of the Pipboy, health and hunger and XP are no longer shown on the screen. I'll make it reshow health, but hunger and XP are definitely off the screen for good. You might as well stick to zero HUD with that attitude.[/QUOTE] You're right, in fact, from now on the screen will be completely black and the only way to move around is by holding down 5 random keys that I will be a secret. The HUD shows the most vitally important aspects about the game, and if you had read on, you would have seen that health is going to be re-added. XP is of no importance because you cannot enchant items, and levels themselves are going to be used for perks and traits. Hunger is mildly important, so I'll leave it on. The HUD doesn't have to overfill the player with information, especially when the Pipboy gives you all of your stats in detail.
Hopefully Ender Chests will allow us to remotely control things in Red Power by hooking a item detector up to the receiving end.
I have an idea for a mob, though I don't know how well it fits with the theme of the post-apocalyptic mod or if it's even feasible, but here goes: Something that drains your hunger bar. Either it trails you slowly and hides while starving you slowly, or aggressively follows you in an attempt to keep you inside its draining radius while starving you at a faster rate. I figure it would best be a camouflaged mob (somehow) or a flying one, like a miniature Ghast.

Currently going to work on mobs, I'll do textures and models myself, and post results. In order of operation, it'll be: Super Mutants, Brahmin, and then Cazadors. Those three should be done by tonight, and I'll work on another 6 tomorrow.
