Craft a hoe, use it on some dirt that's nearby water (about 4-5 blocks close) use seeds on freshly tilled soil, you now have a wheat stalk! Soon enough once it's reached its final stage it'll get a yellow-brownish hue and you can smack it to get some wheat. Crafting 3 wheat together makes a loaf of bread, which heals 2-and-a-half hearts. You can use bonemeal on grass to make flowers and tall grass though, I think.
Well you can use bonemeal on wheat stalk to make it go into it's final stage right away.

Can anyone assist me? Trying to build a biodome of sorts but I'm really shitty at making circles. Can anyone give me, I dunno, a template or some such thing? And advice on how to make it look rounded? Every dome i've tried ends up looking like a derpy pyramid. I'd like it big/tall enough for several animal enclosures and trees of every sort.
Edit: Anyone else wish there was less water in desert biomes? Makes an Oasis hard to do.

Ive been having a VERY annoying problem with Minecraft recently.
Every 10 minutes or so I get several severe lag spikes for about 5 minutes or somewhere there before it proceeds as normal, then, 10 minutes later, It happens again.
I tried to figure out the problem by experimenting with the diffrent video options but nothing really came up.
Anyone know whats wrong? its been annoying because I always do creative mode and I cant really get anything done with such lag spikes.

Drawing a circle in MS paint and counting its pixels [i]is[/i] a magical incantation, but unfortunately it's just for curing erectile dysfunction, not graphics issues.

That texture should replace the current white-wood that currently looks like chocolate. It'd be quite nice for a kind of dreary, waterlogged look to a building.

Why isn't there a fucking coal block yet, it's ridiculous. Coal is the shit you have the most. After a few hours you SHIT coal and it comes out of your eyes and ears and nose.
It should burn very long in the oven, should burn eternally when set on fire normally and it would make an awesome decoration if it was a blackish block.
I always imagined it as black block with tiiiny white and gray spots and looking kind of greasy.

The recipy should be just like any other craftable block, like diamond, iron or gold or whatever, should also burn 9x as long as 1 coal or something.
I'd say 1.3
