yeah, but still efficiency is increased due to the use of water channels, which in the nether you can't have.

Not sure about that. Pigmen farms in the nether are really inefficient (and that's after creating a mob proof perimeter) I also don't know the physics of the pigmen spawning, so it may work out fine. Will have to test.

nevermind about my other post, I thought you had to have a pigman [I]enter[/I] the portal, but they randomly spawn around the portal in the overworld.

I just need one bowl. When I'm hungry I just fill it up, (Milk the Mooshroom) and eat it. It's more convenient. A shame it's not compact.

Grass, Mycelium if you find a mushroom biome, misplaced blocks like glass or glowstone, and you can pick up whole melons instead of breaking them into 3-7 melons.
also you can now pick up ice, aswell as picking up raw stone, basically everything that would otherwise yield something else

You can silktouch ores like coal, redstone, and diamonds and then break them with a fortune pick later. It saves inventory space while you're caving.

Anywhere you would find normal oak wood,it sometimes spawns with them

If I remember correctly birch TREES existed in 1.7 but birch PLANKS(the pale white ones)were only added in 1.2 or so
so unless you want whitewashed logs don't bother

I don't see what is so dumb about this, last summer I went into a neighborhood and knocked on peoples doors whose lawn needed to be cut and asked to cut it for 15-20 dollars, most of them said sure. I made $150 + in a few hours.

A while ago I had a daydream where I had the idea to go to people's houses (hide right outside of them), join their lan single player servers and grief stuff. That wouldn't work but in my brain it worked perfectly.

It really depends. Profan's server is great but it's also pretty dense. If you'd rather a small server you'd have to look a bit. If that doesn't bother you, Profan is undeniably the best server out there.
