Because there are so many bloody Minecraft games in progress that drown out the other possible options people might want.
I made a bot thingy that automatically places/breaks easy one hit break blocks like (torches, tall grass, crops, etc) when I hold down a key.

They either remove themselves like I've always had happen. Or it crashes everytime you're in the chunk. That's only happened a few times though.
A friend of mine wants to start a Jailbreak type of server. Basically, you gather resources to make money so you can earn higher ranks. The higher the rank, the more freedom you have, until you reach the max. In which case, you either become a guard, or go off into the survival world where you can start a faction. It's been done before, but we wanna add our own variation on it. He's being influenced by CS:S Jailbreak servers, where things are more lenient to the prison than the guards.
He wants to go with an Alcatraz theme, but we're stumped on how to form buildings to style, and how the layout would be. But we also want some more ideas on how things should run, how prisoners would be treated, things like that. So anyone got any ideas we could use?
If all goes according to plan, we'll eventually post the IP here so people can come and test out the server.

What do you mean, form buildings to style? You mean like build shit in the style of an actual prison? I guess it would be helpful to go and find an actual prison layout or something, and pictures of the interior. I've never played any sort of jailbreak thingy before so I'm not sure how much use I could be.

Ugh, my server is annoying
Apparently the SSD is full, when I've only used about 80-100MB of space on the server, and my server is now unplayable because of it.
It's been happening quite often and won't go away, and my server is forced to be stopped and wont work for about a minute because of it.

Fence gates should dynamically change texture according to what they're connected to. Wood by default, followed by cobblestone and then Nether Brick if different materials are connected.

That reminds me,maybe the new stone walling/fence blocks will fit well with slabs and stairs,maybe they'll make good corners?
