So, if a realistic inventory management system was added to Minecraft, which of these would make more sense?
[B]Zing:[/B] Set each items' weight based on semi-realistic standards, where gold would be some of the heaviest, despite being next to useless, and diamond only weigh a little more then iron
[B]Artistic:[/B] Set each item's weight based on it's rarity and usefulness. IE, diamond would be one of the heaviest items out there due to how rare and useful it is.

That'd be a cool thing imo, since we have this ender chest we can extend our inventory.
As for the Zac guy, don't hit on him too hard he seems pretty young but fuck I remember when I discovered facepunch back in 2006.

Im 13 (not too young), but alot of people are saying i shrug off people being rude/i dont get upset/discouraged. Is this true? That would be kinda awesome :v: . I feel tough. :dance:
So i have been having this idea of a gamemode. I named it Conquest! or Conquer! Its based around building a village, being a leader in said village, having to see if you can survive the hoards of mobs in hard diffculty.............as well as the other leaders. There is also gods that can make the game interesting by adding rules and events. They also have temples that they build. The end goal of each Leader is to have the most villagers by the end of the game which may last a long time.
If you want me to go into more detail put Agree.

Also, is it possible to make a mod that extends your hotbar? Get's really annoying when you need tons of materials on Creative mode.

Nothing against those guys, their costumes were amusing, but Minecraft costumes seem like they'd be the easiest/cheapest Halloween fare. All you need are boxes and printer paper.

It'd be pretty cool if you could get the ingredients from the world and craft gunpowder. So a mix of a bucket of lava (for the sulphur), and coal/charcoal (for the carbon). As the for the saltpetre, uhh... a drop from pigs? Either that, or have pigs occasionally take a dump, and use that to either fertilize crops or craft it to make saltpetre. I say pigs, because chickens and cows already have multiple uses.

Doesn't take stacks into account yet, nor are there any negative effects, and currently it just adds up the item ids, but it does work.

If you've ever heard of the SCP Foundation, you might like the SCP Minecraft server that some folks here run. It's a mix of creative/theme building and occasional roleplay in a kind of sciency environment; even if you've never heard of the Foundation we could always use new people.

It's BBcode, a very common tag system most forums seem to use. You can use URL tags in a manner of [noparse][url=http:/whateversi.te/]Text used as hyperlink[/url][/noparse].

I've decided to start translating Minecraft into latin, which is something I intended to do over the summer but never got around to.
I copied the eng_US.lang file from minecraft.jar, and I'm slowly working on it.
(I just wish I remembered more of my latin. I've forgotten way too much of it.)
