Those are rendering errors, most likely not caused by the anaglyph, since that has nothing to do with rendering.

Just make this clear, that massive tower you see, is a mob trap so I can get gunpowder and arrows, the small wooden tower? a tower with every colour sheep in for making pixel art + decoration (see the pickaxe near it.)
I have a piston door, every record in the game painstakingly pulled from kiting creepers and skeletons, diamonds, emeralds, 640+ iron ingots, 64 TNT blah blah, I have a path to the stronghold lit up with glowstone towers, and the ender dragon egg kept in a locked room
I've put an obscene amount of effort into minecraft, so if making an XP farm so I can quickly grab a few levels and then making an entire railways system towards the converted mob spawner is "not putting effort into minecraft" I don't know what is, it's a shame the map renderer didn't do it justice at all as it doesn't show inside my base, or the animals and crops in my farm

The wiki indeed makes it look a bit complicated.
However this setup is the smallest I have tested, but they moved in happily to the house!

Nope. The only requirements for a house is a door and a space 5 blocks away from the door that recieves sunlight. There is some complicated shit regarding roofs, though, so I'm not completely sure if villagers will live in a house with no roof, and by living I mean staying inside a house for an entire night.
