Possibly they're planning some kind of sand dungeon, and not telling us about it so it keeps a suprise

Just getting back into this game. What's all new since September? I'm making a new world, are there certain biomes we can choose now?
Just getting back into this game. What's all new since September? I'm making a new world, are there certain biomes we can choose now?
NO ONE TELL HIM LET HIM FIGURE OUT FOR HIMSELF IT'LL BE BETTER FOR HIM
Just getting back into this game. What's all new since September? I would start running.
You spoiled the suprise :<

Farm animals do, but hostile mobs didn't.
Farm animals do, but hostile mobs didn't.
Sure explains a lot. I think that's a sheep. [t]http://i.imgur.com/6N8ei.png[/t]
I think this may have been done before, but I felt the need to liven up one of my server's deserts. [img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/0nsmW.png[/img_thumb]
So you livened it up by building a giant skeleton in it... Good job.
I was in my friend's branch mine and I noticed he left all the coal. I asked if I could mine it and he was like "Sure, I don't care about it". So I was mining away, and wouldn't you know I found a fucking vein of 8 diamonds hidden behind the coal. Lucky me :V
Possibly they're planning some kind of sand dungeon, and not telling us about it so it keeps a suprise
A dungeon or cave for every different biome is what I think they should add. I know there was a mod for this but still, it'd be less trouble if it were official (since Redpower, I have no faith in installing a server mod ever again)
Hmm it would be interesting If there was mob in the Tundra Biome Kinda like a frost blaze.

Besides, coal is useful in Redpower.

So what kinda valve time does mojang run? [editline]1st March 2012[/editline] "Jens Bergensten ‏ The final step for 1.2 is to update lwjgl, but I get AccessControlExceptions when playing in browser Google only says "sign the jar" So I guess very shortly
Y'know, I hope that the new Sandstone blocks allude to a sort of Sand Dungeon like a deep Pyramid or Sphinx, which like the Stronghold involves opening a portal to a new Boss, like the Dark Pharaoh Lehparsi, a nod to one of the more popular MC Machinimas out there.

I never played Aether mod, but the yogscast videos on it had those bronze, silver and gold dungeon things and they looked like a really cool idea. Why would anyone play in the browser when they can play with the client exe?

I also saw in a snapshot a well or something in the desert made of sandstone, so that means towns in the desert

Anyone recommend a good Europe, performance based MC server host for large servers?
Honestly I have no idea why the play in the browser thing is still there. I think it's very handy, even if very few people make regular use of it.
