Is it just me or do iron golems just not spawn in villages anymore. I've been to about 5 diffrent villages and seen not 1 golem. I even spawned zombies everywhere but nobody showed up to protect them.

I think it's just that their spawn rate has been nerfed.

So if I just started a new map last night before the update, and I convert it to anvil today, will the new biomes/mobs still spawn? or should I scrap it? Reason asking i'm actually at work and can't check for myself currently.

The biomes won't spawn but the mobs should.

I constantly have trouble connecting to the Minecraft verification servers. Anyone else having issues?

These nocturnal dramas make villages a lot more interesting. [img]http://puu.sh/j2rn[/img] [img]http://puu.sh/j2vq[/img] It reminds me of NPC wars in Gmod. I have noticed that iron golems have a tendency to crush the crops though.

I really, really like half-step blocks. This update is going to be a problem for me.

Why so? The only change is that you can place them upside down.

That's stupid. Luckily that's probably not what it meant since it doesn't work in-game.
