Tried this, stack of 4 bowls turned to 1 stew, guess you gotta do each bowl individually..
Yep, that is a bug in it. The worst bug in it..
Old gold and old planks (for those who missed them): Tea: Why the disagree? The wood planks are ripped straight from my 0.0.13a jar and the gold block is straight from my 0.0.23a jar.
Old gold and old planks (for those who missed them):
I love you ♥ [editline]2nd March 2012[/editline] Anyone else's saves not loading in 1.2.3? My save is in the folder, but it's not showing up on the list [editline]2nd March 2012[/editline] Strange, I renamed the level.dat_mcr so it would be the default level.dat, and now it works.
Okay, is there any reason why I'm constantly having zombies spawn where they shouldn't? Almost every night I'm losing a ton of villagers because swarms of zombies spawn inside houses I've made for them that are completely lit. There is no other way for them to get in as I've fenced off the village from the outside world, as well as set up an intense amount of golems.
Is it just me, or did they add a filter to the chat on SMP
I want to do something I've never done before: build a house completely above ground that doesn't look like crap. Can anyone post some pictures from which I can draw inspiration, please?

Holy shit that looks nice.

It just looks ridicilous to have a solid house made with a soft material like that, unless you have a texture pack which makes it look less like wool.

I don't think tt doesn't really make up for the rest of it though, but that's just me.
Well maybe if we had more "solid" building materials in different colors, we wouldn't have to use wool. [sub]*cough* marble *cough*[/sub]
Or paint.
I would really like a dummy tnt block. At least in creative.
Is it just me, or did they add a filter to the chat on SMP
um what
This is getting ridiculous. I still can't play Minecraft, it just quits about ten seconds after loading a map.
I'm going to try that right one Also I have a question, with 1.2, it's now possible to put a stone slab over a plan slab without it being floating?
You can't combine slabs. I doubt you ever will be able to either, as it wouldn't work properly. For example, combining a wooden slab with another slab. What tool should it use to break? It just wouldn't work right. The closest you can get is to use an upside down slab under a single slab.
Actually very easy. Just separate them by which you aim at. Other mods have done it.
Exactly. Mods have done it, in a way that would never be used in the game, because it doesn't fit with the game.
Exactly. Mods have done it, in a way that would never be used in the game, because it doesn't fit with the game.
I don't think he's talking about those crazy mods that make 1/16th sized cubes.

I mean there's a few tips and tricks like the use of signs and the fireplaces, but as far as structure layout goes it doesn't cover it much, which is where I think people looking for a guide like this would probably need to be taught. And don't let those "advanced" buildings fool you either, because it really doesn't give any tips on how to build like that, but rather just provides a little inspiration. Plus, some of them are probably impractical for furnishing and what not, so only really something nice to look at from the exterior.

Would look decent if it wasn't for that FUCKING GRAIN.
I don't think he's talking about those crazy mods that make 1/16th sized cubes.
Neither am I. Splitting a block into two "separate" selections doesn't fit with the game. Every block is ONE block. You can't have two blocks in the same space (or fake two blocks in the same space). Sure you can easily do it with mods, but it's not something that will ever be in the vanilla game.

Rate me late, but does cobblestone generate naturally?
