Does anyone have any experience with SinglePlayerCommands and craftscripts? I need some help with getting the items in a container.
Does anybody have a download mirror for the Minecraft client? On school computer, and can't download it through HideMyAss for some reason.
I never played Minecraft continuously for 2 hours before. I'm pretty busy with the Nether and then, I found this. The good thing is, it's close to a portal.
So I recorded 10 minutes of gameplay which turned into 50 gigs with 2 audio streams making it unable to be compressed. After fixing the audio, it was 100 gigs, which windows movie maker (I know) turned into 1 gig. I'm PRETTY sure i'm doing something wrong. Maybe it's just me.
I think MovieMaker can compress it as a setting you choose. Export for your PC and choose Cable, or T1, and it should save it as 720p or so, 7 minutes being about 100 meg
Oh god. This guy at a forum I visit sometimes said he wanted a good new computer. It needed to handle Minecraft on highest everything with high res. His budget? 400$ :v:
That's possible. Not easy, but possible. i3, GTX510, 4GB of RAM... Keep the old drives, and he may have something.
Speaking of, I'm actually getting a new PC, with a budget of around about 750 pounds. I was thinking about this http://www.beastcomputers.co.uk/build.php?systype=16&fsb=88&osCsid=a743abc7f7da2ce74475b87643d87091 only with a GTX 560... thoughts?

Buy yourself a cheap Rosewill or whatnot case, get an LGA1155 motherboard, i5 or higher, 6GB of RAM, and a 560Ti.
Lighting up a large area is a pain in the ass, wish they made a new light block which would be 3-4 times more powerful than glowstone. Having to place glowstone or torches every 5 blocks is annoying and ugly. Light level 7 even when standing this close to a lamp
Don't know how that would be possible, glowstone already emits max-level light

It's just that Dxtory/Fraps normally saves the video in a uncompressed format so it can focus on recording the game at higher FPSes than compressing the video being recorded.

I picked every component that went into the case, fans and case included, It's over 2 years old now, hasn't had a single issue, and holds its own against anything I throw at it even today, and buying the same parts off Newegg and putting it together myself would've cost $50 more
On request building is worse than buying prebuilts
I'm ordering an overpriced alienware prebuilt as we speak :v:
Was playing on my friend's server with Thesporega1, since it was an ocean only world, we wanted to try to find land, eventually, the server crashed while I was voyaging, what a shame.
I'm ordering an overpriced alienware prebuilt as we speak :v:
As long as you don't care about wasting money.
Does anyone have a nice clean 1.1 jar hanging around, I need one to put some mods on.
Use a program to download older jars.
As long as you don't care about wasting money.
I really care about having a stable computer that I'm sure will work and will last. I don't want to have to worry about the parts I pick out not working with eachother in the long run.
Does anyone have a nice clean 1.1 jar hanging around, I need one to put some mods on.
I have one i belive i havent played minecraft in a while so it hasnt updated yet i could probably upload it for you when i get home.

I'm still using my world from 1.8 Beta, the terrain generation was the best in that release hands down. :v:
I'm still using my world from 1.8 Beta, the terrain generation was the best in that release hands down. :v:
I found it atrocious. :v: I think 1.4-1.5 Beta had the most aesthetically pleasing terrain. 1.2's is pretty rad as well though.
I was playing in 1.5 actually because my dad doesn't have an account and I was playing on his computer, the terrain was really really cool. 1.8 generation wasn't that great.
I found it atrocious. :v: I think 1.4-1.5 Beta had the most aesthetically pleasing terrain. 1.2's is pretty rad as well though.
Oh please, Indev is the best.
Indev was kind of cool to some extent. Also, I just got an idea. The further you go down the more frequent lava is, and eventually at bedrock levels (10-0) It becomes constant lava lakes, rivers, and giant chasms 5-9 blocks tall with lava coming from the ceiling. It'd make diamond hunting more interesting, and it'd be a biome in of itself. I know that there are already stuff like that but it isn't frequent or crazy enough. Hell, even make it so there are magma slimes inside of the lava pits.

Although as much as I appreciate older terrain, I definitely wouldn't trade it for all the features I use regularly. I love enchanting, alchemy, the AI, etc and I use them everyday in minecraft.
The problem is that prebuilt's often use old hardware :v:
Or in a lot of cases, cheap, shitty hardware. Also most "gaming" prebuilts use terrible graphics cards.
