What does pick of fortune III even do? And how do I get it?
Fortune III is an enchantment, and it makes ores that drop items instead of blocks drop more, like diamond blocks instead of dropping one diamond will drop 1-5, lupis will drop 10-15 (I think), redstone will drop 5-10, etc.
You get it pretty much like any other enchantment, however it is somewhat rare.

Alright so I've downloaded the shaders and all. But when I installed the water shader all the water turned invisible. How do I fix this? I need a quick answer

I almost thought it was a render.
In general, for generation I'd like;
Realistic mountains (Not weird warped things like this) with snow on top
Less uniform terrain pattern
Greener grass jesus christ
Yea, there should be a few blocks below limit where it snows instead of rains, so that
we would get the snowcapped mountains wich in my opinion looks soo much cooler.
I think that there should be more realistic mountains that fit what we think of when we hear "mountain"; vaguely conical, snow caps, cliffs, perhaps some exposed stone?
I don't think the current mountains should be completely done away with, though. Maybe make the new mountains a biome.
They should also make it so biomes generate in a more sane way so you don't have a desert in between a tundra and a swamp.

I've said this before, I'd like a fairly rare 'Mystic' Biome with alpha/1.0.0 mountain biomes in it and stuff, in said area that kind of thing would fit.
